It is almost unfair the amount of cleaning we have done so far. All five of us have been cleaning for 3 hours, and after that comes set up. I finally said that I was going to take a break, and everyone agreed that that was a good idea.
The chores were split up among people. Father was washing punch bowls, dish sets, and vases in the kitchen so they would be clean and dust-free. Meanwhile, Grayson and Pennyworth were mopping the Hall of the Sun. Kent and I wiped off tables and chairs. At least now Father, Pennyworth, and Grayson have finished their chores, and have started helping Kent and I.
It is still only the middle of the day, and there is so much yet to be done.
The tablecloths were sent to a laundry service so they could be cleaned and ironed properly. These extravagant parties always take inordinate amounts of time to plan. I'm just grateful that we hired a catering company and florists.
We could have hired other people to help with the menial labor, but Father likes to keep people out of our house as much as possible. It lessens the risk of people discovering who Batman is.
We realized while cleaning that we need several crucial items from the store, so Pennyworth, Kent, and I are going out after break to pick up the items and bring back lunch for everyone. I believe we need to purchase floor cleaner, furniture polish, toilet paper, liquid soap, dish detergent, sponges, and a new mop. Grayson was a tad rough with our old mop, and broke it.

Last night was uneventful. Father, Kent, and I went out on patrol. Father agreed to let Kent and I patrol on our own, as long we didn't split up. Only minor crimes needed stopping last night.
After we had finished patrol, we came home and watched the old Disney version of the movie Robin Hood. It is one of my favorites. Robin Hood is sort of like Father and I, in that he does what might be considered wrong, but he does it to save people.
I must go. It is time to go the store.
That is all.
