Gotham is a burned out husk in the lower half, and a zombie-like wasteland of people and broken glass in the upper half.
The police force has been reduced by 13%, because so many were killed or maimed. Over 2,785 civilians died over the course of 4 days. Because Kat Ginger jumped off of a building.
The fires have left many people homeless and without jobs. The hospitals are overflowing with the wounded. Right now, the wounded are counted at around 8,763.
Essentially, 11,000 people are dead or wounded.
I guess we didn't save the day after all.
