Chapter Twenty-Nine
"Stiles,"
It was early in the morning. Last night, I ended up staying the night at his, I was too exhausted to go back to mine.
I was trying to wake up Stiles as he snores his head off. How does he do it? Last night, I was practically up half the night worrying about things that don't even matter anymore.
"Stiles," I hissed, rather annoyed. "We've got an early morning practice for the big game tomorrow, remember?"
"Hi," he mumbled out, his eyes still closed.
"Stiles, I don't want to suck tomorrow. And I know you don't want to, either." I tell him.
"Not gonna suck," he mutters.
"Stiles," I speak loudly as he turns over. I huffed. "I'm going to kill you." I then forcefully rolled him over and connected our lips together, he kissed me back almost instantly, placing his hand behind my head.
"What are you doing?" Stiles speaks softly, pulling back. "I haven't even brushed my teeth yet."
I shake my head, smiling. "I don't care."
Stiles puts on a cute little smile back. "I love you," before I could say it back, he connects our lips together again, which ended up a little make-out session before we headed out.
After a long, boring day, Stiles insisted that I come back with him to do study. He claims I can't go home, because Scott has taken Kira out on a date.
He sat on his desk chair and I was lying on his bed with books in front of me. After about half an hour in, Sheriff Stilinski comes knocking on the door with a smile.
"Drop what you're doing, I'm taking you both out to dinner." Sheriff Stilinski claims and a small smile falls on my lips. "Whatever you want."
"Dad," Stiles begins, glancing over at me. "I don't think a man of your debts should be treating anyone to anything."
"Well, there's one debt we no longer have to worry about." Sheriff Stilinski pulls out a letter and I smiled widely, I was proud of him.
"What is that?" Stiles questions, Sheriff Stilinski hands over the letter to Stiles and he takes it.
"A letter of apology from Eichen House." Sheriff Stilinski begins. "Apparently, they've decided to forgive our debt due to... Uh, well, you, Lydia, and Addison almost getting murdered."
"They can do that?" I asked, somewhat shocked.
"They can do it and they did it." Sheriff Stilinski nods.
"I have never been so happy to be almost been murdered," Stiles exclaims, smiling widely.
"Me too!" I laugh, watching Stiles put the letter down on the desk.
"Well, we're not out of it yet." Sheriff Stilinski speaks. "But... We're going to be okay, and at least for the moment, I can afford to take my son and his girlfriend out to dinner."
My eyes widen, oh shit, how'd he figure that one out? "How did you..." Stiles trails off, frowning.
"Stiles, I'm not stupid," Sheriff Stilinski smiled. "I'm happy for you both, you make a great pair."
My heart warmed and I smiled. "Thanks, Sheriff,"
"Please, call me Noah," Noah had told me. I couldn't stop smiling as I packed up my books, leaving them the bed in a tidy pile. "Addison, what's your favourite food?"
