Life is a heartbreak

The big search

        After John tried to trick the twins and ask them to help him, they have informed the officers, policemen and judges. When John found out this was happening, he ran off. He was on the lam. However, he has been found by the policemen and was brought to court. Like I said in the previous chapter, they also cannot conclude that John was the REAL murderer. We can only conclude that he was trying to frame someone to get out of his position. Nobody knows if he IS the killer or not. But many say he is. The others say that there isn't enough clues or evidence to conclude that it's him who was the killer. But he will receive a 2 months in jail sentence for framing. Along with that, he gets 8 canes. He is not off the hook now, he is just receiving a sentence for something different that he did wrong. John, now, is probably regretting his bad choice of framing someone. Carlo is very offended but satisfied that John got a punishment. The twins and Rider learnt that some people really can't be trusted.

       Some time later (3 years), Rose and Riley will be graduating from their current school.  Which meant that they had to go through examinations to determine which school they would be going to. Riley really wanted to go to Harvard. Rose didn't really know which school she was aiming for, she didn't really even think about it. "You really need to start thinking about which school you want to go to. It's a big thing." Rose sighed and said, "I know, but someone just offered me a job." Riley looked shocked and replied, "Wow... that's wonderful! What job?" Rose looked away, trying to avoid her twin. Riley shook her hand in front of Rose's face. "M-Model..." Rose stuttered. "A MODEL?! You're WAY too young for that!!! Are you out of your mind? You're considering it???? If you take that job, it will affect your studies! You might not even go to school!!!!!!!" Rose shouted while looking at Rose's cheeks turn pink. Rose shed a tear as she told Riley that being a model was always her dream job and this agency was really popular. She didn't care about studies, she cared about getting into the modelling agency. She hoped that if she excelled in school, she would be accepted into a modelling agency.

They looked away awkwardly. Their Mother and Father always taught them to not flare out their anger and not talk to the person that's making you angry until you've calmed down. Because if they do talk to the person that's making them angry, it will cause more trouble since the other person might be feeling angry too. Or, they might feel a bit offended because since you're angry, you might say some rude words. They'll also get angry and it's a vicious cycle. And of course. they've always respected their parents. Even more, now. The drive home was also very awkward. "So, hows school?" Rider asked when the twins got into his car. "Fine." Both the twins responded at the same time. Rider asked sarcastically "You two okay? You guys seem very chirpy.." the twins gave him 'the glare' and replied with him a hmph. "Okayyyy..." Rider said.

The next day, Riley and Rose started talking again. They tried to talk calmly. Obviously, Riley was against Rose taking the job. Rose, however, has been sitting on the fence for quite a long time. "I know... I know it will affect my studies but this has been my dream job ever since I entered a pageant- actually, since I could walk, talk or run! But if you think studies are more important than my dream job... I will decline the offer." Rose said while plastering a fake smile. "Look, it's not that I don't want you to take your dream job, I get it, it's hard but I'm going to tell you, if you focus on your studies now, you will be able to become anything you want in the future! You could be a supermodel and another job if you stay on with studies. I know, it'll be hard. But I can guarantee you that you shouldn't pursue your dream now, put in on hold. If you carry on this kind of work attitude, you're definitely going to get into a good school, become a millionaire, get your dream job and another job that you love too. I know our family is already quite wealthy so you wouldn't care about the millionaire part, but trust me. Wait, it's worth it." Riley told her with her signature eyes. They go like 🥺. She was also kind of scared that if she pursues modelling now, it might be a bit dangerous since she might show too much skin with the clothes that the agency asks her to model on. Rose sighed and asked, "You really think so?" Riley nodded her head with sincere eyes. Rose said okay and declined the offer. "I'm so proud of you, sis." Riley said. "So... which school do you think you're going to? Like I know your dream school is Harvard but which school do you think you'll get into? Harvard is kinda hard..." Rose asked.
