the amount of confidence the other had was something she aspired to attain some day. the other was poised and astute while addressing the entire school. she knew what she was saying, and she meant every word she said. how did she manage to do that?
out of the few hundred people, the other must've somehow caught her staring intently during the presentation. for when they walked back to class together, she whispered, "you enjoyed that, didn't you."
"of course i did." she rolled her eyes, laughing it off as a joke. but that statement made her insides twist and turn. that was hot.
