I have this REALLY long rant saved, so I decided to post it here in chunks. I'm also gonna be talking like y'all don't know who the fricka frack anyone is, so... read it if you want to I guess??? If you don't, I won't be offended.
Welp, it has been oVER A FREAKING MONTH AND WE FINALLY GOT BACK TO FUMI, HAWKS AND DABI!
Seriously, I was SO SCARED for my husbando. Literally every night I prayed he would be okay.
And sure enough, my prayers have been answered.
It started off with a leak I saw.

I didn't know what the frick they were saying. I don't speak Japanese. But I saw the tears and my heart SHATTERED. I was FREAKING THE FUCK OUT!!
And then it got revealed what happened in the translation I read.
At the very beginning there was ... whatever this thing was.

IDK WTF this is, but I like it. I think it's cool. In fact, now that I think about it, it could be a hint to his backstory. OMFG, if we FINALLY get his backstory, I'm gonna flip my lid. I kind of doubt it, though. This was probably just some random art, because it never got hinted at in the chapter.
Anyway, back to the plot.
After he swooped in, Dabi revealed to Fumi that Hawks had killed Twice and that he was "dirty."
Fumi scooped up Hawks, Dabi sent a fire blast at him, bURNING HIS LEG!! But after that, he leapt over the side of the rail, Dark Shadow tried to slow the fall, but failed. Hawks ended up unconscious, but alive. Apparently, the reason he was crying his eyes out in the leak was because he was telling Hawks that he wasn't dirty and that he believed in him and that he just HAD to stay alive and it was rIPPING MY HEART TO SHREDS!!!
Then the burnt chicken nugget showed back up.
He aimed a blow at them and Fumi threw an arm over Hawks, completely ready to take the blow for him. The fact that he was pretty much getting ready to DIE to protect his mentor hit me in the heart!!!
But before Dabi could unleash the flames, a giant thing of ice appeared out of NOWHERE. Fumi took it as an opportunity. He scooped up Hawks and high-tailed it out of there.
