I didn't realize that I had cried myself to sleep after Noah had left. I felt exhausted and used.

But I was awakened by loud thuds on my door at the early hours of next morning.

I got down, wore back my skirt which was thrown away by Noah at the other end of the room last night and walked towards the door.

I opened to find Amanda standing on the other side, "Oh" She remarked in surprise looking at me.

I quickly wiped away any tear-stains from my cheeks and finger-combed my hair while turning my back to her.

"Are you alright?" She asked softly.

I faced her and nodded, giving her a fake short smile.
"What's wrong?" I asked changing the subject.

"We decided to head back to the Hotel" Amanda said after giving a sympathetic look.
"Julia called. She says she wants everyone to come back soon" She paused, "Noah wants to go back right away as well"

I stared at her for few seconds before nodding her way, "Sure. Give me ten minutes, I will meet you guys downstairs"

"Ok" Amanda pursed her lips to give me one last look before walking away.

Ten minutes later, as promised, I was down by the main door waiting for the rest of the group to join.

James got down first, followed by Joshua few minutes later and at last Amanda arrived.

"Let's go" She said looking at us all.

I looked at her with confused eyes when she filled in,

"Noah and Rosalie have left in his car. We will be going by the other car James had brought with him. Come on" She clarified while looking at me and then walking out of the door.
Thank God that I wouldn't have to stay in the same car as him. I might have really killed him today.
I didn't miss seeing him, did I?

It was 5 am and it was freaking cold outside as we walked down the path to the main road.

James quickly brought his car out of the parking and we all set out to go back to the Hotel.

The whole ride was quiet, even though Joshua tried making small talk with everyone, nobody else participated that much.

"I can drop you to your place if you want?" James suggested as we reached the Hotel.

"It's fine" I checked my watch to see it was already 8:20 am, "My shift has already started. I will be late if I go home now"

James nodded, showing me he understood. We quickly reached the Hotel as I thanked all of them for their hospitality and headed for my Office.

Lora was already at her desk as I walked past her to our employee's locker at the back of the room and grabbed a pair of fresh clothes. I could feel that she was eyeing me with shock, but she didn't ask anything.

I quickly had a shower and freshened up to come out and sit at my desk. Lora was still eyeing me from the side so I replied,

"I wasn't with Derek last night"

"What?" She faltered looking back at the monitor screen, "I never asked"

I turned towards her, "I know. But I am still telling you"

Lora rolled her eyes and kept faking how busy she was at work.

"I didn't go to out with him last night" I told once more so that she finally believes me.
