I left out and made sure I locked up. I left out and went down to my truck. I got in and pulled off in the direction of the school.
I parked in the front and went inside to get Jasmine.
After I checked in at the front desk, I went down to the office.
Miss Pearl: How may I help you today?
Me: I'm here to pick up Jasmine Kingley.
Miss Pearl: Can I see your ID?
I pulled it out and handed it to her.
She checked it and then looked at her computer to find Jas.
Miss Pearl: She's at lunch right now. If you want to head back out to the student center to wait for her, I'll have someone find her for you.
Me: Okay. Thank you.

I went back out to the student center and waited on Jas.
I was waiting by the window when Tyler came over to me.
Tyler: Ma, what you doing here?
Me: I came to pick up Jas.

Me: Is this your lunch period?

Just as he said that, a girl walked up to him.

Cassie: Do you have plans tonight? My parents are out of town and I'm gonna be home by myself.
