In A Heart Beat

I sat in silence. I didn't know who had just shot that gun. I was hoping Rio had shot it. I don't know why, I just didn't want him to be hurt. There wasn't a sound for quite a while and I started to believe Rio was dead! I wanted to open the door, but I was afraid who was out there!

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. My heart beated harder and faster. I hesitated to ask who it was. What if it was that guy, he could know I'm up here, right?! I heard another knock and thankfully, Rio's voice

Rio : "molly? You ok?"

I got up of the floor and slowly opened the door. I wanted to hug him I was so relieved, but I decided not to

Molly : "what happened downstairs?"

Rio : "um... It doesn't matter right now. Are you ok? Im sorry if I scared you"

Molly : "did you shoot a guy?.. Don't lie to me"

Rio : "well... Um, yes I did.. But he was going to shoot me first. 2 of my guys have sorted it don't worry. No dead bodies are downstairs"

Just knowing there was a dead body downstairs made me feel sick! Am I honestly falling for a criminal?! I can't keep just saying he steals.. He's a murderer! Everytime he talks about crime, he only ever says he steals! I need to remember, he's killed people!

Rio : "how about we go get you a dress for tonight? Sound good?"

I nodded and followed him downstairs. My legs felt like jelly. Everything was happening so fast and I couldn't handle it! There was a slight bit of blood in the corner of the room, next to the front door. Rio spotted it and wiped it away quickly. He smiled at me and opened the front door. I'm honestly so nervous around him but at the same time, I feel safe around him! What the fuck!

We got in the car and he drove us up to a dress shop. Honestly, these dresses were so expensive! One dress I saw was £250 and that was one of the lowest prices!

Rio : "have you seen any you like? You could try a few on if you want?"

He smiled showing his teeth. I don't know why, but I love that smile! I Straight away smiled back. everytime he smiles like that, I instantly smile. He just looks so cute!

Molly : "I like the dark blue dress"

He grabbed it and as soon as I saw the price, I dropped! It cost £500! What the fuck!!

Rio : "do you want to try it on?" he passed the dress to me.

Molly : "yeah, that's a good idea"

We both walked to the changing rooms. He sat down on one of the chairs and I went into one of the changing rooms. I put the dress on and looked in the mirror. I had never felt so good about myself! I loved the dress!

I walked out and stood infront of Rio to see what he thought. He sat back and put his arms across the top of the sofa. He smiled and looked me up and down. I started to feel a bit uncomfortable and put my hands behind my back. The more he smiled at me, the more I started to feel confident again and smiled back. He spoke softly

Rio : "I think that dress looks beautiful on you, but yet again, your beautiful in everything"

Omg! Did he really just say that!? I instantly blushed and looked at the floor smiling. My hands were now infront of me and I couldn't keep my hands still!

He got up and walked over to me, putting his arms round my waist. He pulled me close with a straight face. I looked up at him, a little shocked. He slowly smiled again and I couldn't help but smile back. I was now scared I looked bad.. Oh god please don't sweat! Please don't have bad hair! Before I could worry anymore, he started to lean down towards me. Our lips were inches away from eachother. He gently held my chin and kissed me and I kissed him back. How was he this good! He softly pulled away, with one hand still on my chin and one arm still, softly around my waist.
