It's the end of JJ, John B, Pope, Kiara, Sarah, and Hailey's senior year. Ward got arrested for murder and attempted murder. Rafe got sent to rehab on the main land. Topper and Kelce went to the main land with Rafe. John B and Sarah returned with all the gold from Nassau. The Pogues find Hailey and include her in their group. They all finish out their senior year together, and decide not to spend the gold money just yet. Pope and Kiara stay together, along with John B and Sarah. Pope is going to Yale, Kiara is going to North Carolina State at Chapel Hill, Sarah and John B are going to South Carolina State, JJ isn't going to college, and Hailey is going to Penn State.
Hailey's Background-
Hailey is from the mainland. Her mother died when she was 9. She never really knew her father because her mother left him right after she was born. She was put into foster care and grew up with different foster families. She was finally fed up with the foster system so she decided to stowaway on a boat. She ended up in the Outerbanks. She went to The Wreck to ask for a job and met Kiara. Kie gave her the job and she also introduced her to the pouges. They became friends pretty quick. Hailey is smart like Pope, even though he is a little smarter. She has long black/deep brown curly hair similar to Kie's, piercing green eyes, and a tan toned body. She is a talented dancer and singer (secretively). Hailey never knew how to swim until JJ taught her, which is when their feelings for each other started to develop. Now she is an avid surfer.
