CHAPTER VII: A Distinct Play of Game

*Jael ran off the building after what happened looking as red as a tomato again. Jin's tought: "Huh, he ran really? HAHAHA maybe it's his first kiss" "Damn cute" He then get up trying to look like he was in shock and did not plan it at all. Jin was approached by a girl that is one of his classmates during the break asking for a picture, he said "Only on one condition" the girl, without a doubt, agreed even though she haven't even heard the Jin's condition. "I want you to trip Jael when he's about to approach me later the dismissal" "I'm going to pretend that I was about to leave so he'll rush to me". "What for?" the girl asked, "Do you want a picture with me or not?" Jin added. So they took a picture together. "And hey, don't tell anyone about this." Jin said with more seriousness. "Okaaay, only if you would take another shot with me"u *girl acting cute. "Fine". Jael was running as fast as he can and even bumped on some students. He ran because he can't think of anything after what happened. His heart went pumping like crazy, he ran to the place in the school where he is the only one who knows about it. It's more like his secret spot. "Huff huff hughf" *Jael's heavy breathing "WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL WAS THAT?" "Wait, wait, teka, it's not a kiss right? Our lips just touched, that's it." Jael was talking to himself. "Bakit ba kaseee! Argh!" he stayed in his for for almost an hour calming himself, went home right after and played Leauge. It's about 8 PM and he heard a little noise like someone is calling him. "Jaeel! May bisita ka! Kaklase mo" shouted his mother. Jael did not heard his mother call clearly so he thought it was just a noise in the game so he continued playing. Meanwhile, his mother invited Jin inside and to sit on the couch so she can call Jael on his room. Jael's mother hit him in the head saying "Hoy tinatawag kita may bisita ka. Kaklase mo daw". Jael was startled and he added "Huh? Sino ma? Wala naman akong pinapa punta na kaklase ko" "Aba ewan ko sayo! Nandito e." Said his mother. "Matangkad tapos maitsura. Ngayon ko lang to nakita, hindi ko pa kilala". Jael got flustered about the description that his mother said. The first person that came to his mind was Jin,which is correct. What happened earlier crossed his mind again and he was lost in his thinking. "Hoy!" shouted his mother. "Lumabas kana at kausapin mo yon" "Opooo" obliged response of Jael. He came out of his room and went to the living room where Jin is seated. "Oy, dito ka sa kwarto" "Nandito yung libro". Jael lied about the book intentionally saying it to for his mother to hear to alter the possible intention of Jin of coming by even though he is not sure of what Jin told his mother of why he went in their house. "Papasok na po ako Tita" caring words of Jin that delighted Jael's mother. "Sige toto, dun kayo nang hindi kayo maabala dito" said Jael's mother. "Thank you po" added Jin. *Jael closes the door. "What was the book all about?" Jin asked Jael. "Wag mo na isipin" "Ano nga palang pinunta mo dito?" Jael asked Jin. "Ughm... I want to talk about what happened earlier in the school" said Jin. "Bakit ka tumakbo?". "Ahh" "Ehh..." "Ano" Jael could not think of any valid reason of running away and his face is turning red again. "I'm sorry I failed catching you resulting that to happen" Jin said. "Ah hindi! Hindi mo kasalanan yun" "It was so clumsy of me, I'm sorry" said Jael. "Let's just forget about that okay?" He added. "If that suites you then fine" said Jin. "Ano nga pala pinunta mo dito?" Jael asked. "Ahh, hindi mo ba naaalala? Diba sabi ko may hihingiin akong favor sayo?" "I was suppose to say it in the dismissal but then that happened and I also forgot". Jin actually came to Jael's house without any idea about what favor he's going to ask Jin. He went in their house hoping for an idea. A good idea popped out of his head when he was asked to sit inside the living room, he saw a guitar hanging in the wall and he thought that it's Jael's. So there came the idea of asking Jael to go with him in the mall to buy one. "Samahan mo ako sa mall sa Sabado" "Hindi ka pwedeng tumanggi" said Jin. "Eh? Sabado?" asked Jael. "Oo" said Jin. "I was interested in playing guitar since last year, but I always forget about it because I have no one to teach me" he added. "Teka, paano mo nalamang marunong ako mag gitara?" asked Jael. "Ahh... eh, nakita ko kase yung kalyo mo sa kamay" "Kidding" "I saw a guitar hanging in the wall in the living room with your name on it" "So I thought maybe you can lend me some time buying one." said Jin. "Okay okay enough with the chit-chat" said Jael. "Okay. Sabado. 9 AM you should be ready, I'll come pick you up". Jin then left the room. "Bye po Tita! Thank you po" said Jin to Jael's mother. "Okay, ingat pauwi" Jael's mother replied. *Jael touched his lips as soon as Jin left* "How could his lips be that soft?" *Immediately thought about it when he's the one who said that they should just forget about it. "Well then I guess Saturday is fine. I have no other plans anyway." said Jael to himself. He continued playing to forget about what happened earlier and end up playing up all night.
