"You know what? I don't want to bring this project up to the class this early but you leave me with no choice" Their Teacher said looking at her students with fiery eyes making the two arguing teenagers freeze while the whole class groan in frustration.
I mean who won't, they have tons of assignment and quizzes to prepare for and now their teacher is adding a project because of a simple argument that always happens in their class.
"Everyone be quiet! I'll assign your partners" She said making sure everyone caught up to what she just said before opening her class record
"And I don't want anyone reclaiming about their partners" she added looking specifically towards Daehwi and Yeon making the two react differently.
The girl can only sigh while the latter rolled his eyes because they both knew where this is heading
"Lee Chaeryoung and Choi Jisu" the teacher announced making Yeon and Lia look at each other. It's true that Yeon knew this will happen as the teacher wants her to be paired with Daewhi but was it wrong to hope just a little bit that maybe she just read the signs wrong and she'll be paired with her best friend instead?
Of course it's not, but that's not what the teacher want.
"Kim Seungmin and Yang Jeongin" After she mention more pairs she finally told Seungmin's almighty pair making him smile. Don't get things wrong okay? Seungmin is smiling because he is getting tired of Daehwi's face by now, Every time there is a project he always end up being with Daehwi so he was happy for the change of face he'll be seeing in this project.
The pairing up continues until there are only two students left.
"Lastly Han Yeon and Lee Daehwi" She finished before closing the class record in a sassy way
"All of you must be wondering to what this project is all about, right?" She said everyone nodded heads filled with curiosity with this sudden project
"Well my dear evil students I want all of you to work on a music piece to perform for next week, and always be prepared because I won't be telling you specifically which date as a punishment for always creating a headache Every time in this class, I don't care if its a cover or a self made song all I want is a good grief music you can perform, any questions" she said and her students almost mistaken her as a rapper instead of a singer but good thing they still understood what she told them
"Why is Daehwi and Yeon paired up ma'am? Isn't it too unfair for us, since you bring our first and second honor together?" A girl from the back asked making others turn to look at her with a deathly glare swearing that if this cause another round of argument between the two they'll make her clean the mess by himself
"Oh you don't understand, they might be on top of class but do you really think they can make it without arguing so much?" She asked with a mocking voice
"It's time for you two to fix this shit, I am getting tired of it got it?" She said as she points at Yeon and Daehwi
"Bu-"
Daehwi was about to complain but the teacher held up her hand stopping him for further do.
"You can not reclaim about the partner you got paired with remember?, now pass all the papers forward, forget this quiz I am done with this class for today see you tomorrow" she said collecting the papers one by one once it reached the very front
After organizing her stuffs she left the room leaving her students shock.
Was she that done with them to leave them like that after giving a project they have no idea when in next week will they perform, the whole class thought.
"I guess it worked?" The guy who throws the paper at Daehwi said with a goofy smile
"What worked?" Daehwi said with a very stern voice and a deathly glare
"The paper I trowed at you, it didn't just stop us from having a quiz but now we also have the whole subject as a free time!" He proudly said not realizing that everyone was ready to murder him already
"Thanks to you we have a new project, you idiot!" His own partner said before smacking his head
"Ow! That hurts!" He said
"Well maybe if you didn't plan that shit then we could have been answering a quiz right now, to where we don't even care what our score will be But thanks to your wonderful idea we got a project that can affect our grades so much if we fail!" The one who smacked him said making the boy realized what have he just done
"Was it that bad?" He asked and everyone nod lifelessly making sure he knew that he did mess up
"But in the good side, Yeon and Daehwi are paired up! Finally I got the chance to have a different partner right?" Seungmin said making others smile and others sigh
Smile because Seungmin is being a cute boy, and sigh because they don't know if Yeon and Daehwi being a pair will really be a good thing
"Shut up Seungmin" Daehwi said as he cross his arms
"Oh come on Daewhi, no matter what you do all of us know that you need to have a civilized conversation with Yeon about this project or else your grades will go down, you don't want that right?" Seungmin said with a teasing smile as the two girls watched them
Oh how Daehwi hate it when Seungmin is always right.
"Fine, but just because of this project, you heard that?" Daehwi said before turning towards Yeon and of course she'll agree, because knowing her She also cares for her grades more than anything like the latter.
Meanwhile the class who's watching them?
They would be lying if they said that they are not somehow relieved, because all of them can finally breath now but of course it can be just temporary.
Like who knew, what will happen next with this unpredictable teenagers...
