The House Rules

Y/N POV

Felix came back with my iced coffee and a  party pack of chicken just for the two of us.. what was he thinking? but the smell....oooohhh..and as soon as he opened the boxes, my mouth watered like crazy..

We were soo hungry we didn't even get the chance to talk or even pause to drink..we ate like starving dogs..

oh yeah.. that was good.. all my feminine instincts were crumpled and dumped in the trash as soon as I saw the food..too late for me to be embarrassed cause we literally finished everything already..

Again..another moment of awkwardness and silence..

I broke it off by starting what would be our fixed do's and dont's for the next 3-5months..

While he was getting the food..I thought I would list down few important " House Rules" while the two of us inevitably need to stay together in OUR Apartment..

Y/N: " so Felix, I would like to make this easy for us and I thought well..since I own the apartment most legitimately than you, it would be best that we follow MY Rules.." 

A frown...

Felix: "woah, ehem, Not so fast young lady..before claiming this house is legitimately yours, I would like to remind you too that my documents are as equally valid as yours and BOTH of us by the way agreed to stay here and wait for the Building's manager resolve this for US.. not with me alone, cause as far as I remember I am most willing to sue..but YOU.. by the way allowed them to get away with it with mercy.." he scoffed with irritation..

I raised my brows with equal annoyance, and everything I was day dreaming about him..vanished in the air..

Y/N: "That is completely unfair, to blame this entirely on me..and the fact that you Lee Felix apologized , not once but twice.. just confirms that you in fact is the person complicating things with me and MY PROPERTY.."

Felix: (Did she just called me with my full name?) "well, *clears his throat---I never expected you to be this insensitive, I am well of course born a gentleman and would definitely apologize regardless if I have intentionally or unintentionally inconvenienced a person, in my case its clear that's it is the latter.. I was even inconvenienced with this situation more than anyone!.." 

we were both completely irritated with each other even before we can even discuss a single house rule.

Y/N: " I beg to disagree!"

Felix: "and I disagree with you too!"

Y/N: "I am not apologizing for anything.."

Felix: "and I am taking back my apologies"

Y/N: "what an..FINE!"

Felix:" FINE!"

Y/N: " FINEEEE!!!"

Felix: "House Rules my ass.."

Y/N: "you don't have one!.."

* Baaam! Both doors slammed..
