An official statement has been released by the Silverton Empire team following a press conference held at New York City. Business tycoon Jayden Silverton, with his son Aaron Silverton, addressed the media:

Jayden Silverton: "There is no truth to the allegations, and to the best of my recollection, Abigail Hayden has been a close and trusted friend to our family."

Reporter: "In the past, there have been instances where Mr. Aaron has vehemently denied being the CEO of Silverton Empire. Contrary to recent reports, he is indeed exploring the possibility of hosting his own cooking show."

Aaron Silverton: "That is accurate," a murmur of excitement rippled through the crowd. "I am in the early stages of planning a cooking show, but at this time, no concrete details have been finalized. I will be taking leadership of Silverton Empire in the near future."

Jayden Silverton: "Furthermore, we want to make it clear that Silverton Empire intend to pursue legal action against Charles & Karen Law Firm for disseminating false information, engaging in manipulation, and tarnishing our reputation"

In Aaron's office, an eerie silence hung in the air. The cooking show, which had been the reason for their employment, had abruptly come to an end, and nobody knew why. Rumors swirled, with many pointing fingers at Abigail Hayden as the cause of it all, thanks to what Harriet had been telling everyone. Disappointment filled the room as they watched the news, pondering the possibility of losing their jobs and the show never resuming.

A sudden knock on the door interrupted their thoughts, and Shane, accompanied by Abigail, entered the office. This time, Harriet wasn't the only one glaring at Abigail; the entire office had turned against her, except for one person.[

"Harriet Martha wants to speak to you about something" Shane informed her

Harriet hesitantly nodded and left the office to meet with Martha. Meanwhile, Shane locked the door and sat down beside Abigail, with everyone else sitting across from them, holding their breath in anticipation of what might unfold next. "I know you all have many questions right now," Shane began.

Abigail took a deep breath and started the conversation, "This was not planned. I was not supposed to be here, and I had withdrawn from the case long ago. What you saw on the news a few days ago was all a lie."

"You're the reason Aaron is taking the CEO position, right?" Naman spoke up for everyone.

"No, I want him to have this show and all his dream. Even I wasn't aware the father - son were going to drop a bomb like this"

Madeline's voice was tinged with accusation as she spoke, "Don't act like a damsel in distress; you've been the cause behind Aaron canceling or rescheduling work countless times."

"I'm genuinely sorry for all the disruptions caused because of me,"

"But your apology won't bring our jobs back, will it?" Sebastian said.

"Alright, it's time for some truth," Shane intervened. "Zeynep, can you get me the files and data we discovered a few days ago?"

"Sure," Zeynep replied, fetching the requested information.

"Everyone of you was selected for a reason, each of you are from a different community or country and Aaron wanted to bring your country's most famous dish to his show"

"What do you mean?" Ayan asked

"You were all hired because you're talented, but Aaron specifically wanted everyone in his office to be from a diverse race, culture, and nation so that when he starts his show, each of your country's cuisine will be the star. Right, Madeline? The PR team has been busy connecting with numerous international publishers and gathering data insights on different nations. Aaron aimed to create a diverse show that would make viewers of all racial and ethnic backgrounds feel welcome. He wanted a show where viewers from all over the world could relate to how their food is prepared and loved, not just a cooking show."
