Here it goes again. New school, new friends, new teachers, new classes and even a new home. Moving was my least favorite thing to do, but being a military brat things change. Some a little too much that's why in the fifth grade I picked up playing soccer! That never changes, its always the same thing which is good! But today everything except soccer changed... again. I just moved from a small country in Europe to a small city like really small. The city goes by the name of Dupont and its here in Washington State. We moved this summer and found a house to rent across the street from the middle school I'm now attending; Pioneer Middle School (I'd say PMS but you know..). I was walking to the guidance office with my dad to get my schedule. The room walls painted white with bulletin boards all around. Most bulletins had a green or yellow background. I was guessing those were the school colors. While waiting to be called to get my schedule made, I was reading one of the bulletins "Welcome to Pioneer! Home of the Pioneer Pirates!" below it was a list of sports and clubs they offered there at the school. I read it in hopes of them having a Soccer team. It took me a while to find, but when I did it was in the Spring Sports.. no wonder it took me so long to find it, I'd been looking in the Fall Sports section. "Dad look!!" I basically screamed, "they have a soccer team! Its in the spring though, weird huh?" "Not really," He acknowledged my thinking out loud, "Usually fall sports are played in the Spring in Middle school because they're played in High School during the fall and the school district shares Coaches." He explained when I wasn't paying attention. "Oh. Cool!" I pretended I cared, but he could tell I didn't. "Jasmine Gonzalez?" I guess it was my turn to get my schedule made up... woohoo, oh the excitement. I started walking anyways, but stopped as soon as I realized my dad wasn't behind me. "I have to get back to work and take care of your brothers but I'll be home when your home from school, ok?" "Okay." I hated being left alone..

I finally got my schedule made up and was showed where my classes were. I had Journalism 1st period, Drama 2nd, English 3rd, Math 4th, lunch, Social Studies for 5th and ended my day with Science. I only knew one person in the entire school at that point and that was Rebecca well, Becca to me. She quickly became my best friend, but I'm guessing I wasn't hers. It was lunch break and she brought me to a whole group of people! All athletic and different personalities like Hannah! She was a cheerleader, but one that was down to earth and always helpful and kind! She was pretty too, then again she was a blonde cheerleader, what do you expect? Emilie: a dancer, runner and softball player, but all freaking crazy! I swear someone gave that kid sugar.. Daylin was the gamer, very tomboy but pretty hilarious! I couldn't stop laughing! xD There was also MaryJane, Becky, Gabi, Connie and Caden. Caden was the guy of the group and was an awesome artist! He was so cute! And I'm pretty sure he was in my Social Studies class... guess I'll find out in- now. The bell rang and me and Becca walked to Social Studies together as usual but first: our lockers.
