You are just being paranoid, it's just paranoia.
Talya mantained a straight face even as she paced the length of the small room she was in. Her eyes flickered to her immobile daughter every once in a while. The state she was in made Talya want to spill blood. "What exactly did you see?"
The voice was from the dark corner of the room, it sounded more like a grumble, as if it hasn't been used in a while. Talya sighed and plopped herself on the edge of the bed. She gritted her teeth and looked straight ahead, to the white, bare wall. The whole room was bare of any decorations, it just had a bed and the chair on the left corner.
"A young man with a syringe, next to my daugh-"
"That's it? And you ran like a herd of lions was chasing you?" Talya snapped her head towards the figure. The blazing blue eyes narrowed at her and she sighed. She knew that she had acted very stupidly, she just could not stomach the thought of anything happening to her daughter again.
The figure turned to the wall and started chanting quietly.
Talya turned to her daughter. "Is she going to recover?" Her voice was barely above a whisper but she knew that she was heard. "I will try, you know I make no promises but I will try."
"Where is your mother?"
Talya glanced at her watch, "She should be at the house in a bit."
As if on cue, she received a message informing her of her mother's safe arrival. She stood up and smoothed out her sweatpants."I'll be heading back, call on me if there is anything you need"
"Yeah, yeah. Nice outfit by the way, you somehow look like a normal human being" Talya rolled her eyes and headed out of the room.

Coughs wrecked the weak body of the young girl sleeping in the bed. "Phephisa, ntombi yami." Sarah's eyelids felt too heavy to lift up but eventually, she cracked her eyes open slightly. Confusion swarming in her head as she tried to see in the dark.
She didn't dare try to speak, her mouth wouldn't allow her. She tried to turn her head sideways but that also proved to be futile. The woman looking down at her had brown dreadlocks framing her dark face and glowing blue eyes.
Sarah wanted to scream or at least enquire about this woman's identity but her body was way too weak. The only thing she could do was look at the woman. Her limbs felt too heavy to lift and as she tried, a sudden wave of exhaustion hit her and she felt her eyes closing on their own cord and she fell into a deep slumber.

"Talya, for heaven's sake! Open your goddamn mouth and tell me what is going on!" Grandma Tutu was getting frustrated. The wrinkles on her face became more prominent as her scowl deepened. Her hands twitched violently, an annoying voice at the back of her head urged her to get up and go in search of alcohol.
She dug her nails into her palm, hoping that the pain would distract her from her cravings when a small voice spoke up.
"It seems I underestimated my opponents"
It was more a thought out loud than it was an answer to Tutu, whose scowl deepened. She didn't understand anything but the hair on the back of her head stood slightly at her daughter's next words.
"I will kill every single one of them, slowly. I'll make sure they beg for their death"
