Me and Shana had just arrived at our hotel in England after a long eight hour flight, I didn't tell Shana the real reason why I decided to come with her because I wanted us to settle down first. We got off our flight about an hour and a half ago, it was roughly about 3:30pm and Shana and I was exhausted. Shana didn't let us sleep though because she had a surprise planned for me. I had no clue what it was whatsoever but Shana's surprises are usually worth it.

Shana and I had just arrived at a huge designer headquarters called Frapaz, which was owned by the best designer in England, Lola Frappe. The fact that Shana took me here had me low-key excited, because if there's anyone I wanted to meet, it's Lola Frappe.
When we walked inside of the headquarters, I was amazed by how unbelievably beautiful it was. The walls were marble, the floor was gold plated, and the chandeliers were made of diamonds. It was like walking into pure richness. I was standing in the main hallway when I saw the most beautiful girl walk out from the back. She had beautiful brown skin, the most gorgeous hazel eyes and long blue braids that reached all the way down to her bum. She walked up to me and Shana and then she said "Shana, it's been way too long, girl. My god, you're absolutely stunning." She then looked at me then said "there's no way that you're Kassandra. You are absolutely gorgeous. Shana has good taste in friends." I smiled at her, then I responded with "thank you so much. You have no idea how much it means to get complimented by you, Lolita. You are my biggest inspiration, especially when it comes to designing." She looked at me and smiled and then she replied with "please, call me Lola, and I've been so excited to meet you because I really wanted to see your reaction, especially when you find out about the collaboration." I looked at Lola and then I looked at Shana and I asked her "what collaboration is Lola talking about?" Shana smiled and then she responded with "over the past six months, two of Lola's best designers and two of ours, have been working together to create some amazing pieces. They will not be available until later this month, and we were planning on releasing it on your birthday as a surprise. But since you're already here, we thought we might as well tell you now." I was just standing there in complete shock, I didn't know what to do or how to act. It was literally mind blowing to believe that my favourite designer of all time was going to be working with us and that's when I asked "do you mind if I meet the designers? Obviously to thank them, and you for helping us. It's truly an amazing opportunity and if I wasn't so shocked by this, I would probably be screaming right now." Lola laughed and then she responded with "of course, let me just go and get them. They are in the back." And she walked off.
Me and Shana sat down and that's when she told me "also, I forgot to mention, Lola is going to be sponsoring our boutiques and she's coming to both of our grand openings." I looked at Shana and that's when I asked "are you joking?" She looked at me and nodded and that's when I said "it's so crazy, that you two are such good friends." Shana looked at me and then she responded with "Lola's mum was my mum's best friend. She also was there when my mum got sniper rifled. She watched my mum's body fall to the ground, and he tried to go for both of them but he only hit my mum. The day she told me that story, it broke my heart. Lola and I have always been close, but this bought us a lot closer." I took Shana's hand and then I said "Shana, I'm so sorry. I know losing your mum was the hardest thing you've had to deal with. And even though my mum isn't dead, I feel like she is. I haven't seen her or heard from her since I was seventeen years old, and I'm almost twenty-three. I know what it's like to not have a mum. And you don't understand how unbelievably strong you are." Shana smiled at me then she responded with "thank you." And that's when Lola walked out with her two designers next to her, and as they got closer, one of them started to look really familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on why. And then that's when Lola came up to us and she said "girls, meet my two best designers; Zoe Camshaft and Jerome Ackerman. These two started dating while working for me and ever since then, they've refused to do a project without each other. But they are absolutely amazing designers so I'm not complaining." I stood up and that's when I said "Zoe, it's been way too long." She laughed and then responded with "not long enough, Kassandra."

Seeing Zoe, was exactly what I needed to make my week even worse. I wasn't happy to see her at all, especially after abandoning Dylan and I. But working as a Lola Frappe designer was an amazing opportunity, so I can't fault her for taking it. But it doesn't justify the what she did. When me and Dylan needed someone, she wasn't there. And that, I don't think I can forgive.
