13:19Skye sits in her room, sucking air through her teeth anxiously as she stares at her laptop screen, awaiting for the email to come in. The email will have the link to her summer exam results, determining her grades and the classes she would be taking for 6th year. The email won't be sent for another ten minutes, but the nervousness and excitement Skye feels is too much to do anything else. Despite despising the people in her school, you'll never find someone who takes schoolwork more seriously than Skye. Even a tiny failure can be enough to bring her mood down.
She then hears a knock on the door, and considering it's not Sam's, she asks, "Who is it?"
"Billy. Can I come in?"
Skye lets out a sigh and rolls her eyes. "Sure, come on in."
The young boy comes into the room and takes a place beside Skye on her bed.
"Whatcha doing?", he asks, observing the screen.
"Waiting for my results. They're coming in at half past."
"Hey, don't sweat it. You're going to pass everything."
Skye smiles. "Thanks. Anyways, do you need anything?"
"Yeah. I want to apologise for yesterday. I had no clue that he was the one who did that to you, and I got way too excited and I'm really stupid when it comes to b-"
"Billy, calm down.", Skye interrupts with a slight laugh. "You didn't know. Lads dont just walk around with "I'm a rapist" written on their forehead. Also, it's not your fault you have shitty taste." She smirks.
"Oh, really? Let me show you who I was just about to date before Karen shipped us off." He opens his phone and goes into Google photos since he had everything backed up through his account when he knew his phone was likely going into the incinerator. He then points the phone screen in Skyes direction, and her eyes widen in surprise.
