I walk away from Merlin. My mind is clouded with what I had just done. Touching my lips lightly, blushing at the thought of where they had landed. Why did I just do that!? It's difficult to keep my balance while walking. I go into the house still light headed and I go back to the table where I was watching the triplets create their new invention. I sit down again trying to think of anything else. "So what is this thing?" I question them. "From the looks of it it looks like a wooden box with a circular piece of glass in it." A flash quickly hits my face. The bottom opens up to reveal a piece of paper coming out of it. Having my face on it.

"It worked!" The triplets cheered. "Um, hey guys. You still haven't told me what this is exactly..?" I look over to them. Merlin comes back into the house and comes over to us. "What's this?" Now feeling him behind me my cheeks heat up again. Another flash. This time hitting us both. The paper that came out again was with me and Merlin in it. Merlin in his human form. I turn my face to him and he's back to being a dwarf. Still super cute! I think to myself.

"This is what we call a photo," I turn around when one of them tells us. "You put your face in front of it and it captures the moment in time," another one says. "You can also make copies by just turning this on the side," The other one shows us the side of the box, revealing a medium size crank like from a music box. I start to crank it around and photo after photo is the exact same picture. I stop when one of them wants us to do another photo all together.

I'm in front while the triplets are on each side of me. Merlin goes in the back, not being seen. "1, 2, 3." The box again flashes at us. As the photo comes out, I look at it and see that Merlin is in his human form as he holds a piece sign in the back of my head. My cheeks start to blush again. "I guess this can see that I only want to show you my handsome looks," Merlin says to me while smirking.

I shake my head as I tell him, "Ha, very funny Merlin. You know, if I had met you after your curse I would still see you the same. I told you last night, you're still Merlin to me, it doesn't matter what you look like." Merlin chuckles. "Yeah, right," he says, quietly to himself. I'm now a little ticked off. "Why does it always have to be all looks for you? Why can't you accept the way I feel about you?" I say to him, harshly. "It doesn't always have to be about.. looks," Merlin says.

I snap back at him. "For you, yes it does, the way you treated the Fairy Princess like a monster because of what she looked like. Just because someone looks a certain way does not mean you need to make assumptions right away about what kind of person they are. That's how all of you guys got into this mess with being turned into dwarfs. She wanted to teach you all a lesson." Merlin looks away, "Well, did you even see her? She was green and looked like a-" he stops when he notices my eyes starting to tear up.

"What if someone has green or blue or purple skin? That doesn't give you the right to treat them like that! What if I look like this-" I stop myself before talking. I forgot this stupid ring made me look normal to these people. Of course they would treat me differently if they knew what I actually looked like. I can't take this anymore. I start to run upstairs but I see Jack and Arthur coming down. I quickly turn and run out of the house. I need to think about this.

【Merlin】

I told myself I would never make a girl cry, especially her. I watch Y/n leave as Arthur walks over to me grabbing my collar. "Did you make Y/n cry!?" I don't know what to say. Arthur shakes me until Jack comes from behind him. Arthur lets go of my collar. "Maybe he has a good reason."

"A good reason? For making a girl cry!?" I can barely hear what they're talking about. I made Y/n cry. Me. I quickly try to run out and try to find her. I hear a few shouts from behind me, but I don't care. I need to find her.
