Its been a few days since me and Calum made up and Luke was still pissed at me. I had to do something about it, he couldn't stay mad at me forever. So I snuck into his hotel room at midnight, I knew he wouldn't be asleep.
I tip-toed through his huge room until I turned the corner cautiously and looked around for him. He was laying down on his back on his bed, staring at the ceiling, headphones in his ears and he was humming the tune to whatever song he was playing.
I walked across the room until I was at the foot of the bed. I poked his foot gently and his eyes opened. He looked at me and then glared.
He took his headphones out and sat up before speaking, "What?"
"I need to talk to you," I stated.
He nodded and patted his bed so that I would sit down.
"It's about Calum," I said.
"Oh my god," He groaned.
"Please just listen, I know you're pissed at me," I pleaded.
"Fine."
"Okay, I'm sorry that I didn't warn you that me and him were going to get back together but in my defense, I didn't have any idea that it was going to happen. I know that we were just starting to become friends with each other and Im sorry if I lead you on or something but yeah," I breathed.
"You think that's why I'm mad?" He laughed halfheartedly.
"Yeah," I said softly.
"You're clueless," He said.
"How?" I asked.
"Because you have no idea why Im mad," He rubbed his temples.
"What are you mad at then?" I asked.
"Calum," He stated simply.
"Wh-" I started but he cut me off.
"He stole something that's rightfully mine," He said.
His voice was gradually getting louder in annoyance.
"Like what?"
"He.. I can't tell you."
As the conversation carried on, his voice was now full blast and he was annoyed out of his mind.
I could help but ask the reason that all of this was happening.
"What made you so pissed that you're here yelling at me?" I raised my voice.
"Calum!" He shouted, "He took you away from me, you're supposed to be mine!"
"I-" I stuttered, "You.."
I couldn't find the words to say to his confession.
"I like you, im not very good at showing my feelings, thats why since the day I met you, i've been such a dick to you."
It all made sense now.
"Luke," I started, "I can't do that to Calum."
"It's always about Calum!" he shouted.
"Im sorry Luke, I jus-" I began.
"No," He whispered, "Its better off if you just stay with Cal and forget about this."
"Luke I can't do that to you, and I can't keep stuff from him," I said.
"Yes you can," He said.
"No I can't, and I won't."
"Then what are you going to do?"
"I'll break up with him and everything will be okay," I sighed.
