Maybe it was me. Maybe we weren't meant to be together after all, and her and Luke had a special connection- one that I could never understand.
I missed her so much and hated the feeling I got when I thought of her, pain. She told me that she was going to break up with me, and not Luke, after it was all over. But apparently, Luke beat her to the catch.
I believed her. But only because I love her.
I know she doesn't love me back though. She loves Luke.
The thought of her and Luke together made me physically cringe.
He had been such a dick to her for the past years and she still found it in her to go off and start liking him. Or maybe it was him.
Maybe he liked her first or he liked her all of these years and just didn't show it.
Maybe I was over thinking this.
Nothing would ever change and in the end everything is ruined.
