NAGPAALAM ako kay kuya na maagang aalis. Mahigit sampung minutos na akong nag-aantay ng taxi. Kahit alam kong wala pang bibiyahe ngayon dahil napakaaga pa ay nagtangka parin akong mag-antay, nagbabakasakali.
I pulled out my phone from my backpack and texted Io to appear. Nagkausap kami ng maayos kanina, sandali nga lang dahil nagmamadali ako sa trabaho. He just told me the instructions and mechanics on how to call him. The rest ay mamaya nalang namin pag-uusapan.
I've discovered that I can just call him if I'm close quarters to devices and technologies such as phones, televisions, laptops, computers and etc. I have my phone so that includes it.
Seconds later, Io appeared. He smiled at me like he always do. I smiled back.
"Do you need anything master?"
"I told you to just call me by my name. I don't need formalities."
He's been calling me 'master' ever since the incident. But I hate someone calling me like that. I feel honored like who wouldn't but at the same time ridiculed.
"So ahm, what do you want me to name you?"
Napaisip ako. All my life, I never had someone to call as bestfriend, I guess he could be. I look at him intensively.
"Why? You're scaring me with your stares."
I chuckled a bit.
"Ang bilis bumaliktad ng mundo noh? Parang kanina lang ako yung takot. Anyway, you call me Majesty."
Hindi pa naman ako ganon katanga para gustuhin kong tawagin niya ako na beshy.
"Sure... Majesty."
Nangibabaw ang katahimikan sa pagitan namin ni Io. My first destination for today would be Casa De Kierro. Joana and I exchanged messages earlier this morning. Sinabihan daw siya ni Captain na maghati hati kami ng pupuntahan. Siya daw sa Seaside Restaurant at ako naman sa Casa then sa Enrique Group of Companies kami magkikitang dalawa right after makuha ang CCTV ng bawat lugar.
Naunang maglakad si Io sa akin. The amuse look on his face while wandering around is very visible. I wonder why though.
"Io!"
He immediately looked back and walk towards at my direction, kahit na wala akong sinabi.
"I wasn't out for a very long time. 3 years, 5 years, I don't think so but shady places like this is just so pleasant in the eyes."
He said, answering my unsolicited question. For a moment, I thought where could Io be all this time? But I control myself not to ask.
Tumango lang ako bilang tugon. I remained silent para hindi na humaba pa ang usapan.

"We already spent an hour treading Majesty. Aren't you tired?"
Io's question made me gasped. Tinignan ko ang oras sa cellphone ko at bumuntong hininga ulit.
"I am but I can't be tired when in fact I haven't done anything yet. Kainis si Cap pinapadali kami dito akala mo naman on air kami mamaya."
"Think irrefutably. Stay calm, we're almost there Maj."
Napalingon ako kay Io. He differently named me again though Maj is nice. Siguro nabasa niya ang isip ko kaya't ngumiti siya sabay peace sign. Cute.
