This book is supports those in need of assistance or a guide.

If you'd like to spread your own ideas around, if I missed something that you think would be a good addition to something you read, go ahead and comment and I'll make sure to add it at the bottom of the chapter as a reader advice.

When making requests I will make sure to put your @ at the top of the chapter- if you'd like it to be private and confidential then my PM's are open (just remember to tell me that it is for this book specifically)

- These coping mechanisms aren't required to help everyone, people work differently then those around them and if something doesn't seem helpful then that's fine.

-I am not yet a professional, these are merely ways to help people have positive coping mechanisms in their lives.
