It was a normal day at Hopes Peak Academy and (y/n) was just minding her business as the Ultimate Assistant, when she heard shouting from outside of the room. Confused, she opened the door and saw her good friend - Kiyotaka Ishimaru - scolding a freshman for running in the halls.

"Taka, is everything alright?" She asked, making him turn his head towards her. "Yes, but this boy was running in the halls and as the Ultimate Moral Compass, I have to-" He didn't finish his sentence when he noticed that the student already ran away, probably to avoid getting detention.

The female giggled a bit. "You will get him the next time. Let's go to class now, we're going to he be late." This caught his attention and he immediately walked off, leaving (y/n) behind. "Hey, wait!" She shouted, running to his side making him glare at her.

"Running is-" "I know." she said sighing, cutting him off. Mondo eventually joined them. "Yo (y/n). Hey Taka." He greeted them. "Where's Chihiro?" (y/n) asked. "Probably in class already. He would have texted us, if he would have been sick." "Ah, right."

The rest of the walk was silent, since the three of them didn't know what to talk about and when they arrived, (y/n) was greeted by her friend Aoi, who was just eating a donut. "Hi (y/n)! I wanted to ask you a question!" "What is it, Aoi?"

"Is there a possibility that you and Ishimaru are dating?" (Y/n)'s eyes nearly popped out of their holes. "Wh-What?! Me and Taka?! No, of course not! We're just friends." The Ultimate Swimming Pro pouted. "Isn't there maybe a little chance that you are?" "No." "Awww come on!" Laughing, the (h/c) haired girl sat on her desk.

She had to admit Kiyotaka was good looking, but she wasn't in love with him. Right? Class started, and after five minutes, she already wanted to bang her head against the table until she would get unconscious. Oh how she hated maths, but she hated the teacher much more.

Somehow, the regular teacher - Sensei Monokuma - wasn't present this day, so they had another one. Bored, she wrote down a message, crumbled up the paper, and threw the little ball at Aoi's desk. After she read it she gave (y/n) a thumbs up, signaling her she accepted her offer to go to the cinema at Saturday.

"(Y/n), would you please pay attention? Or do you want to say something?" Smiling innocently, she shook her head. "Nothing at all, sir." Nodding, he turned to the board again, writing down the homework for the class. "I want you to work together on a project for next week."

(Y/n) groaned. She hated projects because she had to talk in front of the whole class. "The topic will be about your talents. What you do, why you enjoy it, etcetera." Well, the girl could work with this. But who should she work with?

Aoi would probably work together with Sakura, and her other good friend Junko would work together with her sister Mukuro. Should she ask Chihiro? No, she just saw how he approached Mondo. Then there was only Kiyotaka left. Working together with your best friend on a project wasn't that bad, was it?

"Hey Taka, would you like to team up with me?" She asked the black haired male, who smiled at her. "Of course, (y/n), I would love to." Sighing in relief, she sunk into her seat, listening to the rest of the teacher's instructions.
