After Daehyun's death, I hadn't been coping well. The birth of our first daughter, Jung Mae Hyun was the little spark that helped me get back on track. She was so beautiful, she had Daehyun's plump lips and my big eyes. I was extremely happy that the people around me, B.A.P, my family, Daehyun's family and close friends were able to witness the special moment. Everyone around me had bright smiles as their eyes were all fixed on Mae Hyun.
The downside was when Mae Hyun was taken away from my care as I was still being treated by psychologists and my therapist for recovery from Daehyun's death. Yes, I was extremely furious about the fact that my own child was taken away from me, but I understood that it was for her safety.
My life after was a whole lot different from when Daehyun was around. The boys of B.A.P and I continued to share the apartment along with their niece. They were all helpful and caring as they all took the father's job. Himchan would be kind enough to sometimes take my place as 'mum' whenever I needed a break. It was almost perfect. Even though I Daehyun was gone, I knew that he was still with us, being our guardian angel and joining us as family.
