I was pacing in the right wing of the stage, waiting for my cue. After watching Alessia perform her song, it gave me confidence to perform mine, after all, I was this for myself but really it was for her. But once me and my brothers performed with Stevie and getting the reaction we got, my nerves came back. Me and my brothers went over the lyrics one more and they kept asking who the song was about because I've never wrote a song like this.....EVER.

The more they bugged me about it, the more irritated and nervous I got, so I walked out to the hallway and leaned against the lockers sliding down to the floor. I sighed and groaned until I heard footsteps coming towards me, I looked up and saw Janet with a shy smile on her face.

She grabbed my shoulder as support to sit down next to me. She leaned her head on my shoulder and looped her arm around mine.

"You okay Applehead?" She whispered, looking up at me with those big ole brown eyes.

I started to nod but then I thought about it and shook my head.

"You nervous ain't you?" I nodded

She sighed and used my shoulder to push herself up, she grabbed my hands and pulled me up.

Janet got on her tippy toes and wiped her hands on my jacket, smiling. "You look great and your gonna do great, I promise you that." I looked down at her and smiled. "Thank you Dunk"

I pulled her close and gave her a big ole bear hug, spinning her round causing her to giggle. I put her down and kissed her forehead. "And plus, I know Alessia's gonna loooove it!"

My eyes widened "How did you-"

"I gotta go! Love you, good luck!" She hopped up and kissed my cheek then ran off.

I chuckled, shaking my head as I went backstage right as they called us up.

I heard a soft applause as we walked on stage. It was pitch black, I closed my eyes and took a deep breathe thinking about that's happened leading up to this moment. Once I opened my eyes, the spotlights were on and everybody's eyes were on me. I looked over at my brothers, they nodded with smiles on their faces. I opened my mouth, about to sing until I heard footsteps, I looked up and saw Alessia standing there, rubbing her arm shyly.

My heart was bounding as I just looked her. I thought about what Janet said "I know Alessia's gonna loooove it!" then, as if it was a sign, Alessia smiled and blew me a kissed mouthing "Good Luck" I smiled back and blushed.

I looked over at my brothers again, ready to start but their jaws dropped. I guess they saw Alessia. I chuckled and nodded at them and the band. We all swayed side to side as the music played. (A/N- Bold are Michael's parts, Italics are Jermaine's parts and Bold Italics are the Jacksons)

As the chorus came up again, I held my hand out and Pointed directly at Alessia, causing her to cover her face. She pulled them away, smiling.

I noticed there were tears in her eyes. I wish I wasn't on stage singing, so I could run to her and hold her tight. I blew her a kiss, as I sung my heart and soul out to her.

Once the song was over, the lights dimed out but not before Alessia ran on stage and tackled me in a hug, crying in my arms. I closed my eyes, holding her tightly. Praying and hoping this wasn't a dream.
