Marinette smiled as she took another look at herself in the mirror.
She was wearing one of her designs, of course.
It was a light pink dress. The sleeves were long sleeved with lace around them. There was a flowy short skirt on the bottom. The skirt ended mid-thigh.
She paired the dress with glittery sliver 1 inch heels.
She left her hair down in her hair's natural waviness.
"Marinette, Adrien is here!" Sabine yelled from downstairs.
"Give me a moment." Marinette yelled back. She quickly applied mascara to her eyelashes and a light pink lipgloss.
She grabbed a silver purse. Tikki flew in as she opened it. Marinette took a deep breath before opening her trapdoor and heading down.
She spotted Adrien standing at her front door, talking to her mom.
His breath hitched as he saw her walk down the stairs.
She smiled at him, blushing a light crimson red.
Adrien was wearing black jeans with a cool shirt that was half and half. One side was directly black and the other side was white with black stripes on it.
His eyes were glued to hers and he couldn't look away.
As she got to the front door she bid her adieu to her mama.
Adrien wrapped his arm around hers and led her out of the bakery.
Marinette smiled at her dad before leaving with Adrien.
He let go of her arm and opened the car door for her.
She mumbled a quiet "Thanks." While getting in the car. She buckled herself in.
Adrien got in on the other side, buckling his seat belt.
"A-are we ready to take off?" He asked, looking over to the beautiful girl.
"Y-yeah." She cursed herself mentally for stuttering.
He drove off in the direction of his father's house.
"A few things you might need to know about Father is that he can be strict and stern so you'll have to be careful about what you say around him." Adrien told her, his green emerald eyes focusing on the road.
She nodded, listening as he went on more about his father.
They finally pulled up to the 'Agreste Manor' and got out, ringing the bell.
The gate opened and the duo walked to the front door.
Adrien knocked on the door.
Natalie opened the door, greeting the duo. "Hello, Adrien, Ms. Dupain-cheng." She greeted in a monotone, her voice filled with no emotion.
Adrien gripped Marinette's waist, pulling her into the mansion.
She smiled at his small kind act.
Natalie led them to a dining room. "Please wait here while Mr. Agreste gets ready." His assistant said, walking away, tablet in hand.
"Here." Adrien pulled out one of the chairs for Marinette to sit down in.
He himself, pulled out his own chair next to her and sat down.
