Adrien closed his apartment door, sighing. He ran a hand through his blonde locks of hair.

He walked over to his couch, placing his phone down on his coffee table.

He sat down on his couch, grabbing the remote, flipping through channels.

Plagg flew out of his pocket and onto the table.

Plagg got annoyed with him flipping through every channel. "Just pick a channel already, kid." He said, looking up at his owner.

Adrien sighed once more as he stopped on the news channel.

Adrien laid his head back on the top of the couch cushion. He grabbed his phone from the table, scrolling through social media.

"Don't be bemused, it's just the news. It's Nadia Chamack and tonight i have a hit story. Adrien Agreste was seen with no other then a girl who was identified to be, Marinette Dupain-Cheng,"

Now this caught his attention.

Adrien jerked up, listening to what she was saying. He placed his phone down, next to him as he listened.

"Parisians' favorite model, Adrien Agreste was seen today with his supposedly new girlfriend, Marinette Dupain-Cheng. We have quite a few photos of them."

The screen behind Nadia Chamack showed a few photos from their 'date'.

He sighed, pulling his hair back once again.

His phone rang.

He picked it up without checking the caller id.

"Adrien." He heard a stern voice speak on the other line.

He instantly knew it was his father.

"F-father." Adrien gulped, the nerves going through his body.

"Why didn't you tell me you have a girlfriend?" His father questioned, not sounding amused.

"Father! She-she's not my girlfriend." Adrien said, clearing his misunderstanding.

"Not yet." Plagg whispered, snickering at the poor boy.

Adrien gave Plagg a weird hand movement to shut him up.

His kwamii obliged, looking back at the tv.

"Okay. I understand." His father got silent on the other side of the line. "Is it that Dupain-cheng girl who won quite a few of my contests?" Gabriel asked, thinking of a very clever idea.

Adrien nodded, reminiscing over the few times Marinette had won his fathers contests he held. She won many of them and he was glad that he was there to help her celebrate every win, and offer support for those she did loose. "Y-yes." He replied, scared to hear what the outcome of all of this would turn out to be.

"I have a publicly idea, Adrien." Gabriel spoke, sounding quite amused which was odd for him.

"W-what is it, father?" Adrien questioned, turning the tv off as it changed to a different subject.

"For my brand, you and that girl should fake date. It will gain a lot of publicity for the brand."

"And what does she get out of it?" Adrien asked trying to hold back his sassy remarks of the idea.

It was always about his fathers brand, nothing else mattered but the brand.

"An internship of course." Gabriel replied, smoothly as though he had thought this through from the moment he saw the news.
