"Good morning, Ms. Dupain-Cheng." Gabriel greeted, Natalie closing the door behind Marinette as she walked into the Agreste manor.

"Good morning, Mr. Agreste." She greeted.

Marinette got invited over for a meeting about her internship, and to meet about Adrien and her's publicity relationship.

She looked up, hearing quick footsteps running down the stairs.

Adrien.

She caught his eye.

She drew her attention on a potted plant that was placed in the corner.

"Mr. Agreste needs to finish some paperwork. Give him around 15 minutes before we can start the meeting." The assistant, Natalie said as she walked off to her quarters as Gabriel headed to his office.

Marinette silently nodded, keeping her gaze to the floor.

Adrien cleared his throat, causing her gaze to flick up.

"Hi." Marinette spoke up, waving her hand, shyly.

"Hey" He replied. "Do you want to go up to the lounge room upstairs while father finishes his work?" He gestured to the grand staircase, his hand pointing in the area of the room.

"Sure." She squeaked, stepping up onto the first marble step.

He just invited her to the lounge room. This was a big moment. Even if she was an adult.

They both walked up the marble stair case, echoes of their footsteps echoing around the cold mansion.

Adrien approached the door first, opening it.

Marinette followed shortly after, an amazed look taking over her features.

The lounge room was big, a wall of tall windows across from them were illuminating the room.

Adrien flicked a switch and she got a better look of the room. There was a loft to the left, taking up 1/4 of the room. Underneath the loft rested a piano.

She raised her eyesight, taking in bookshelves that were placed on top of the loft. Marinette took in that there were also a few chairs resting on the loft.

On the right side of the room she noticed two loveseat couches, each horizontal to each other, a coffee table lied between them. Mounted on the wall was a flatscreen tv.

"I haven't been in this room in a while, sorry if it looks dusty." Adrien said, walking over to the piano bench that was resting under the grand piano.

He sat down, observing as Marinette looked around the room.

"No, I mean it looks great." She said, finally bringing her gaze to meet his.

"Father probably had people clean it, even if no one goes in here anymore."

"Oh." She took one step closer.

Her gaze fell onto the piano keys. "Do you play?" Marinette asked, drumming a few fingers on top of the keys, the music of the keys echoed around them in the almost empty room.

"Yeah, I haven't in a while though."

She sat down next to him on the piano bench, Adrien scooting over to give her more room.

She scooted closer to him til the point where their thighs were touching.

Marinette ignored the warm burning sensation she felt spur on her leg.

"Can you play something?" He gave her a look. "For me?"

Adrien smiled and nodded.

He delicately hovered his hands over the keys, trying to think of something to play.
