My Experience with the Mob talker mod (Heroinebrine edition)

Chapter 6: The Date

~Two Days Later~
"Hey, Heroinebrine." I said sitting at the table eating breakfast with Heroinebrine
"Yeah." Heroinebrine replied
"I just realized that we haven't been on a date yet, so I was thinking, why dont me and you go on one after breakfast?" I said with a hint of nervousness in my voice
"Whats a date?" Heroinebrine asked curiously
"Well... its like when two people go to places like the park or movie theater to spend quality time with each other and to get to know each other better." I replied
"Oh, you mean courtship, right?" Heroinebrine asked
"Exactly!" I said, "So what do you say, will you go on a date with me?"
"Of course, I will!" Heroinebrine said as she gave me a hug
"So where do you want to go?" I asked returning her a hug
"Well, Im really interested in this place you call "movie theater", what is it?" She asked
"The movie theater is a place where people go to watch a recording of someone or something for their entertainment" I explained to her
"Oh... whats a recording?" She asked curiously
"A recording is a record of information, there are different kinds of records but movie recordings are sort of moving pictures." I explained again, "Do you understand now?"
"I think so." Heroinebrine said playfully, "Im so excited for this date!"
"Well, we will be going after we finish breakfast, is that alright with you?" I asked her
"Yup!" She said and as she said this she quickly scarfed down her breakfast like she hasn't eaten in days and just like that she was finished, I just stared at her with surprise, "Im done, Now lets go!"
"Now wait a minute, I still have my breakfast to finish." I said, Heroinebrine just pouted and waited for me to finish my breakfast.
~One Breakfast Later~
"Alright, lets go." I said as I placed my plate into the dishwasher
"Yay!" Heroinebrine cheered
As I opened the door, a gust of wind came swirling through the house, I was not really effected by it since I had my sweater on but I cant say the same for Heroinebrine. She shivered in her teal T-shirt and blue jeans.
"W-w-woah, I-Im f-f-freezing!" Heroinebrine uttered through her chattering teeth
"Here, take this." I said as I began to take my sweater off
"But, what about you" She said with worry in her voice
"I will just wear my old sweater." I replied with a smile, "It might be a little tight but I can make it fit."
~One walk to the closet and back later~
We walked down the street towards the center of the town, where the movie theater is located. Heroinebrine was like a little kid, running around the place, oohing and awing at a bunch of random stuff like; squirrels running into their tree home, pigeons flying away when she ran towards them yelling out "CHICKEN!" and almost making the cyclist fall off the sidewalk, into the street full of traffic. We finally made it to the entrance of the movie theater, where we were able to choose which movie we were going to watch. There were only two movies being shown today (NOTE: These are not real movies, I just made them up and if for some reason you decided to check on Netflix or Hulu Plus to see if they have these movies, I did not intend for that to happen.)
The movies showing were: Merry Ex-Mas! Its about a guy that was visiting his parents for Christmas, to his surprise he meets up with his ex-wife there too, realizing that his parents planned this, he was about to leave until a snow storm came out of no where and trapped them in the house (My choice). The other was Forgotten Ones. Its about a group of friends that went camping at a restricted mountain. They quickly regretted their choice as they release a great horror on earth (Heroinebrine choice).
"Why do you want to see that one?" I asked looking at the creepy poster of the movie (it was like a ton of imp things running out of the forest towards a city, wearing human skulls, with the skin and eyes still on it).
"Because it reminds me of my pet, Fluffy!" She replied, "Why do you want to see that movie?"
"Because I like a good comedy." I said pointing at the poster ( it was of two people, a male and a female, turned away from each other and with the title in between them)
We both argued for a good 5 minutes. Of course Heroinebrine won and we went to see the movie she chose (she used the old 'I will tell my dad to pull your eyes out of its socket forcing yourself to look at yourself eat bits of your own flesh from your body with a rusty spoon' trick, Gets ya every time...)
We got our popcorn and drinks, sat at our seats just as the movie started. it was only thirty-minutes into the movie and I had witnessed about eleven jump scares already, while Heroinebrine just munched on her popcorn and sipped from her drink emotionless at the sight before her. Another jump scare showed up and I nearly flew out of my chair, Heroinebrine must have noticed my fright.
"Hey, are you alright?" She asked
"N-no... not really..." I replied almost close to fainting
"Are you sleepy?" She asked
I shook my head: no
"Do you have to go to the restroom?" She asked
Another shake of the head: nope
"Are you scared?" She asked
I nodded: yes
"Of what?" She continued her train of questions
I just pointed at the screen when another jump scare showed up causing me to wince in fright. Just then I felt something warm on my lap, which caused me to unclamp my hands from my face to see a smiling Heroinebrine.
"You dont have to be scared." She said, "Because I will protect you from anything that might try to hurt you."
My eyes widened with surprise and then changed to a feeling of safety. I slowly leaned my head towards Heroinebrine's which she too did, we were about to do something that would advance our relationship to a next level, we were about to... about to... about to... ki-! All of a sudden, a light shined in our face, causing us to cover our face from the bright light.
"Hey, you cant be doing that in here!" The guy, presumably an usher, said
We ceased what we were about to do and returned to our previous seating style, only this time with an usher glaring us down, making sure we dont do anything else, which I hoped we did. I began to fantasize about other things we could've done, until a blood curdling scream came out of the speakers, following up with a jump scare on the screen, caused me to come out of my day dream. This is gonna suck...
