"Freeze!"

Cops busted through the door. I slowly raised my hands and dropped the glass

Keanna's P.O.V

Who called the cops? I really need to thank them. I watched as the cops handcuffed Roman and lead him out of the room. So much was happening and so quick. I couldn't hear anything except for my slowly beating heart........

Dean's P.O.V

I feel terrible that I couldn't help Keanna. Once again, I let her down. I look at her as she was sleeping. Broken ribs, bruises and cuts, and......just scarred

I can only imagine how many times Keanna's ended up here because of Roman. Anthony sat beside me, trying not to cry

I smiled as much as I could, which wasn't a lot at a time like this, when Keanna woke up

"How are you feeling...." I asked, but then felt stupid

"Is that a rhetorical question" Keanna grinned from the corner of her mouth "Anthony....." Keanna extended her arms

Anthony got into the hospital bed with Keanna. She slowly rubbed his hair

"I called the cops, mommy" Anthony said

"What?....." Keanna asked

"You told me if daddy was around you to call the cops"

"I'm proud of you. You did the right thing"

One Week Later

WHAT THE FUCK!!!! Roman's court date was yesterday and the judge gave him community service. What kind of bullshit is that? This wasn't the same judge he had the first time. He was way too nice to Roman. Damn Judge Lautner. Roman will still be in custody until tomorrow morning

I went back to the hospital to see Keanna. Anthony's at Keanna's neighbor, Kaitlyn, house. She said it was OK. I sat beside Keanna. Her smile faded once she saw my facial expression

"How'd it go? What happened at court?" Keanna asked

"Terrible. All Roman got was 10 hours of community service"

"No! He has to go to jail again. Roman's not going to stop. He'll be back!"

"Keanna, please calm down...."

"I can't! I have to get out of here!" Keanna sat up

I held her hand and spoke as calmly as I could "Calm down..."

Keanna slowly laid back down

"Now..... It's almost 9:00pm. I'm going to get Anthony and bring him back here"

"OK...." Keanna tried to calm her breathing "Be safe... Hurry back......."

I kissed Keanna's forehead "Get some rest"

I left the hospital

Keanna's P.O.V

I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep, it was too hard. Sighing and irritated, I opened my eyes. I tried to scream on site

Roman covered my mouth "You scream and I'll cave your chest in so far that it pierces your lungs" Roman threatened

Roman snatched all of the needles out of me. He picked up my lifeless body. Roman put a different pair of clothes on me. We slowly walked out of the building, looking like visitors

Roman led me to a car. I could already see somebody in it. Taylor? Roman pushed me in the back seat. I groaned because of the force. Roman got in and Taylor drove off
