I suffer from really bad anxiety and a multiple personality disorder but it isn't consistent, it comes and goes but I make sure to have my medication there just in case, but unfortunately I didn't realise that I had ran out.
you can try calling dr simone but I highly doubt she'd answer.

"FUCK!" I shouted.
I looked at my reflection in the mirror until I got tired of looking at my face and sighed.
"maybe I'll feel better after a shower" I shrugged.

I kissed my teeth, turning on my shower, adjusting the temperature to the way I liked it.
I then snatched my black my towel that was hanging on the door, took off my clothes and got into the shower letting the water flow through my hair.I closed my eyes for a second and took a deep breath.Meditation was something that I got into couple months ago, my therapist recommended it to me but I couldn't do the whole grabbing a blanket and mediation music kinda thing, so I thought I'd just do it my way and mediate in the shower.
It works better for me.
I felt my body relax so I opened my eyes and began washing myself off, making sure to get every piece of dirt off me.I tend to imagine it as bad energy that I'm washing down the drain.As I began to rinse myself off I heard movement in the bathroom. It had to be jahseh because he was the only one here other than me.
"try me might fight, fist fuck on sight, wrist heavy fat dyke, pop molly mike ike"he mumbled as I heard the toilet seat go up and the sound of urine commence.I had a "really" look on my face because I literally had two bathrooms, in fact I have a bathroom right next door to my room so I didn't understand why he came into this one.
"oh shit I almost missed the bowel tahahaha" he laughed and I sniggered.
"Good morning to you too shawty"
"Good morning jah, but why did you use this bathroom? I have one right next to my room"
"I thought you needed some music for your ears" he joked.
"I-bye"
He laughed as walked out the bathroom.
