"Where's Momo?" Aang questioned, looking around the woods as he scratched the back of his neck.

They were setting up camp for the night when Aang noticed the little lemur had escaped him from their game of tag.

Mimi's screeches could be heard echoing through the forest, making the four of them look around.

Y/n hummed as she followed the sound, her eyebrows in a frown. She heard Momo's screech from above, causing her to look up only to spot three animals in cages, hanging by rope on tree limbs, one of them were Momo.

"Hang on, Momo!" Y/n called after the lemur before using her Airbending to fly to the top of the tree, jumping from trunk-to-trunk to get higher.

She quickly found the traps' mechanisms, undoing the ropes to Momo's cage, she carefully lowered him to the ground where Aang, Katara, and Sokka were waiting.

They opened the trap and the lemur jumps out with a lynchee nut in his mouth.

The trio on the ground watched as Momo got on his hind legs and eats it as though nothing had happened.

Sokka groaned in frustration as he face-palmed. Y/n landed in front of the boy from the Water Tribe, but quickly looks back up to see the other two animals seemingly crying out for her to help.

"Sokka, wanna give it a go?" She asked the boy, who nodded, she then looked at Aang, who smiled right back at her, "Get ready, Aang."

Sokka pulled his boomerang from the sheath on his back and threw it, hitting the two ropes holding the animals up in their cages, they snapped.

"Now." Y/n told Aang, and they both used their Airbending to create a small orb around each other the cages, slowly lowering them to the ground.

They stopped the wind around the two cages when they hit the ground without a scratch, Aang opened the one closest to him while Y/n did the same with the other.

The two hog monkeys came jumping out, running in a fast pace. They ran up the trees, escaping the sight of the group.

They gathered around the trap that once held Momo inside. Sokka kneeled down to examine it, "These are Fire Nation traps." He stated as he let his hand slide over the metal, "You can tell from the metalwork." He said, turning his head over his shoulder to look at the others, "We better pack up camp and get moving."

Y/n was tightening the straps around one of the bags, focused on her work when she heard Sokka speak up.

"Uh uh. No flying this time." The girl looked up to find Sokka snatching one of the sleeping bags out of Aang's hands as he was about to attach it to Appa's saddle.

"What? Why wouldn't we fly?" Aang asked him.

Sokka sighed as he placed the sleeping bag on the ground, "Think about it, somehow Prince Zuko and the Fire Nation keep finding us. It's because they spot Appa, he's just too noticeable."
