Naruto v Neji

Naruto woke up on a bench, as he opened his eyes he noticed the sun was rising. Judging by it's place, it's about 6am.

'Fuck, I woke up early, just two more hours and the final exams will start, Kurama, are you awake?'

'Couldn't sleep at all kit'

'Why?'

'I been thinking of what Obito said, it's really bugging me, isn't it bugging you too?'

'Of course it is, what's bugging me is that he made sense.'

'About?'

'Everything Kurama'

'Kit, what are we going to do now?'

'I don't know, let's just focus on passing this fucking exam.'

'Want to know what I think  we should do?'

'Go for it.'

'The longer we stay in this village, the more you'll suffer. And Naruto, I know you don't like how this sounds but, this village is cruel. They don't care what happens to you, they only care about what's in you. They don't care about how I feel, they only see me as a weapon and a demon. And once they've figured out that you and I have linked together in both power and friendship, they'll come after you, extract me from you, and kill you. They don't want you to pose a threat to the village. We should leave as soon as possible Naruto.'

'You have a point, but still, I know there is good in this village. I just don't want to be what the villagers say I am, a demon.'

'Stop talking so naively kit! No matter what you do, they will always see you as the monster that destroyed their village! Let's leave before it gets worse kit!'

'Kurama-'

'If your gone kit, I wouldn't be able to trust any other human, ever. Matter fact, I'll hate them even more than I do now. Because they've killed the only human I've ever cared about. I don't wanna leave just for my sake, but for yours too.'

'Let me summon you ok?'

'Fine'

Naruto bit his thumb and went through five hand signs, placing his hand on the ground he shouted, "Summoning Jutsu!". The tiny fox appeared and jumped on top of his head.

"Let's go for a walk Kurama, I need to cool off", suggested Naruto.

"Yeah kit, me too"

Naruto jumped down the mountain, landing on a building, then he started jumping from building to building. He heard villagers shouting out his name, and throwing stuff at him, but he dodged them and ignored their insults.

Naruto reached the place he went to collect his thoughts and think about the future. It was an abandoned garden. Despite being abandoned, the garden was still beautiful, the flowers still bloomed, the little pond was still clear and shiny, the sun made it warm. Such a peaceful place.

The tiny Kurama jumped down from Naruto's head and sat on his lap.

"Your not going to do some last minute training kit?"

"Nah, I've trained enough, also, I just want a moment of peace before I have to fight the Hyuga."

"Your nervous?!", chuckled the fox.

"Ha, not at all, I'll just fight with him for a while, when I get bored I'll hit him with my paralysis jutsu."

"It's not even a jutsu kit, it's just a back hand to the neck, blocking all chakra points."
