Will of Fire

"Naruto", called out a man.

"Stop", Naruto muttered.

"Naruto", the man called out again.

"Let me sleep", Naruto muttered.

"Naruto! Wake up!"

The blond kid opened his eyes and saw his gray haired sensei, giving him a one eyed smile.

"I'm glad your ok Naruto!"

"Oh, it's you Kakashi"

"The one and only!"

Naruto rolled his eyes and got up from the ground only to lose his balance and trip, Kakashi held Naruto so he wouldn't fall.

"Woah there Naruto! You just woke up after an intense battle, take it easy!"

"Get off me", he muttered as he pushed Kakashi slightly away.

"W-well it looks like your ok"

"I'm always ok, I'm Naruto Uzumaki", Naruto said giving Kakashi a forced smile.

"Naruto! You're ok! That's good!", shouted a blond girl behind Naruto, she wore a matching purple outfit, with an apron skirt, she wore bandages around her abdomen, her hidden leaf headband was being used as a belt, and arm warmers wrapped around her, well arms.

"Ah it's you Ino-chan, thank you for worrying about me."

"I-I wasn't worried you idiot! I just didn't want you to die!", Ino yelled with a blush.

"That's basically the same thing as worrying about me Ino-chan"

"No it's not! Ugh idiot!", Ino stormed off with a blush on her face.

Naruto sighed with a blush, "She's pretty, but her attitude ain't. Women are so confusing I swear."

"And that's only the beginning of it kiddo!", chuckled Kakashi.

"Welp, I'm off Kakashi", Naruto closed his eyes as he began to walk away.

"Wait Naruto"

He stopped walking, and opened an eye, "What is it?"

"What happened to Gaara?"

"Wasn't he here when you arrived?"

"No it was just Sasuke, Sakura, and you, all passed out."

"Ah I see"

"Naruto"

"Hmm?"

"Did you beat Gaara?"

"I don't know"

"What do you mean?"

"I don't remember much really", Naruto lied as he looked at Kakashi.

"Can you tell me what you do remember?"

"A huge beast! Tough to fight,  but I did enjoy fighting him, it was fun!"

"Whose swords do these belong to?", Kakashi said as he pulled out two broken swords.

"Ah they're mine! Genma-sensei made those for me."

"And they broke against Gaara's sand defense?"

"No, actually I used too much force when I broke his defense, resulting in my beautiful blades to get broken", he pouted.

"Y-you broke his defense?!"

"Yeah", Naruto yawned as he jumped on a tree branch and sat there.
