Konoha's Blue Beast

"I'd like to see you try... Neji", Naruto said turning around to face his former rival.

Neji took a stance, one leg forward and the other one bent to the right, his arm faced the ground while the other one faced behind him, "We'll end what we couldn't end three years ago"

"And... Do you know the outcome of this?"

"Yes. My death!"

Naruto's expression changed and he looked at the ground, "Then why try?"

"I know what you're trying to do. I didn't notice the pain you were going through until after you left. Everyone in the village looked at you like a monster, they said you were sealed with a monster. They celebrated when you left. And I... I told you that you didn't know what it felt like to be sealed away, like a caged bird. To be burdened with a seal that makes you feel despaired."

This enraged Naruto he clenched his fists and the ground he was standing on shattered as his Kurama Mode took form.

"And what makes you think that having a tailed beast MAKES ME FEEL DESPAIRED AT ALL?!"

"What?! I didn't- I didn't say that!"

"I'll have you know Neji, that Kurama does not burden me. You don't know what I've been through, as well as I don't know what you've been through. So don't try to lecture me as if you know what it feels like to be a jinchuuriki!"

"Naruto-"

"Why?!"

"What-"

"Why do you fight even though you know you're going to die?! Why do you try if you know you can't even touch me?!"

"Because... You're broken. And you think that you're not anymore! Yes I know that you've found people who understand you and your pain, but, I'm still your friend! No matter what you've done! You will still remain as an example that I could twist fate. I thank you for opening my eyes! And to thank you I need to bring you back from that darkness! Come on Naruto! Come back!", he pleaded.

Naruto took one step and he suddenly appeared behind Neji, holding something in his hand and blood dripped down his hand.

Neji slowly and weakly turned to face Naruto, he was holding his chest as his face turned pale and he tried reaching for Naruto's hand, but Naruto took a step back and Neji fell on the ground on his knees.

Naruto revealed what he had in his hand, and it was a beating heart. Blood dripped out from the heart, making a little puddle in the ground. With each second, the heart beat grew weaker. Naruto's expression was stern, as he swung the heart back and forth.

Neji weakly raised his arm to reach Naruto, "Give... That... Back", his eyes rolled back and the heart in Naruto's hand stopped beating as Neji's dead body fell to the ground.

Naruto walked over to Neji and placed the heart on top of his head, "You call yourself a comrade?", Naruto called out.

He looked at a rock near him, "I know you're hiding there Rock Lee and Might Guy come out! You call yourselves comrade of this man?! If you had helped him, maybe you would've done something against me! But instead, you let him die alone! DON'T CALL YOURSELVES SHINOBI OR COMRADES IF YOU CAN'T HELP OUT A SINGLE PERSON! ISN'T THAT WHAT SHINOBI ARE?! PROTECTORS?! OR COWARDS?!"

Two men came out from behind the rock, both of them had the same outfit and hairstyle. Only difference was that one was taller and had bushier eyebrows than the other.
