Chapter 12

At Suvarnabhumi airport

3rd POV

Erin, Angel, Bright and Prof Eya were ready to check-in for their flight to Krabi. They will presented their paper at the conference. They will stay at Krabi for 5 days, 2 days for the conference and remaining is for leisure days. While waiting for their flight, Erin seems texting her P'Arm. Deep inside, she relieved that P'Arm can't go to Krabi with her because she need this to make up her mind, to clear her mind about Tay and Arm. All she need is focus for the conference. Angel watched drama on her phone while Bright is on call with his beloved, Win.

It's time for boarding, all the devices must be turn off. Erin looked outside and wish God will give her sign what to do with her feelings.

Once landing at Krabi, we were told to rest for the first day and preparing for tomorrow. Angel and Erin stay at the same room, they decided to wander around Krabi.

After conference.

Prof Eya approached three of them and invite for a dinner with the former student. 'Bright, Angel, Erin, I'll be having dinner with one of my former student. Hope you can join us' He smiled. They accept the invitation and set the time when they'll meet at the lobby.

Erin's POV

Angel and I get ready to meet Bright and Prof Eya at the lobby for dinner. 'I hope to see handsome young man tonight' Angel winked at me. I chuckled and smacked her shoulder like what she always do to me. 'Ouch Erin, stop it'. 'that's what I felt when you smacked me' I grinned. 'Let's go, I bet Bright is already at the lobby'.

'Hi all, ready to go?' we nodded. The restaurant is by the beach. The sound of wave really soothing us. The wind feels like they wash away our burden, Krabi, I'm in love with you. Us three sit facing the sea meanwhile Prof Eya is opposite us and beside him would be his former student. 'He's on his way' said Prof Eya while checking his phone. 'May I know who's this former student?' asked Bright. 'You'll know Bright, I think everyone in Thailand knows him' Prof Eya chuckled. 'oh he must be famous' Angel nodded.

Suddenly Prof Eya stand up 'There he is' and we stand up. 'I apologise for being late' said the man. That voice, I heard it before and he stand opposite us. He was shocked to see me. Well what's more me. My face just like I saw a ghost. 'It's ok Tay, these are my students, Angel, Erin and Bright'. He smiled to us and I just avoid his eyes. Why God? I thought I can be at peace in Krabi but I'm meeting my husband.

I gripped Angel hands so hard till Angel have to step my feet. 'Aww' I glared at Angel. 'Whats wrong Erin?' Prof Eya asked in concern way. 'Nothing, the mosquito just bit my leg' I tried to smile but I ignore Tay's eyes.

Tay's POV

I can't believe I'll meet my wife again. Thank God for this, I miss her. Maybe this is sign that we're meant to be. Believe me Erin, I want you back. 'So Tay, I heard you're in a long break in entertainment industry?' Prof Eya asked. 'Yes Prof, I need a break. That's why I'm here in Krabi' I replied with a smile. 'How was your parents? are they good?' 'Yes prof, in fact they're still in love with each other' I chuckled. I try to look at Erin but she's trying to avoid my eyes. It hurts me because maybe she didn't like me anymore. I'll fight and protect our marriage Erin, there's reason why God want us to meet again. Fate. Destiny.

While having our dinner, Prof Eya asked controversial question 'Still single Tay?'. I replied with a smile 'No, I'm married'. Then I saw Erin choking while drinking, Angel and Bright just pat her back. I guess she's shocked with my answer. Prof Eya jokingly said 'Are you surprised Tay isn't single Erin? I know a lot of girls has a crush on you Tay'. Erin stuttering 'No Prof'

Prof Eya smiled at her response, 'So where's your wife Tay? Why didn't you bring her? I want to meet her, I want to know who's the lucky girl that took your heart'. I grinned and looked at Erin 'She's here Prof'. But the Prof didn't get it, because he thought my wife is at hotel not with us for dinner.

3rd POV

All of them walked together to the hotel. Prof Eya thank Tay for the dinner, Bright and Angel just smiled at Tay. Erin just can't wait to go back to the room. Prof Eya walked to the elevator followed by us but Erin stopped walking when Tay call her.

'Erin, we need to talk' Tay seem begging to his wife. Erin turned and looked at him 'There's nothing to talk Tay'. I'm about to go but Angel stopped me 'Erin, you need closure so that you'll not feel guilty towards P'Arm'. Erin seems agree and walk towards Tay 'Let's get closure'.
