Ghost POV
I sat through the entire night not sleeping for the third day in a row. Doc showed up in the morning and sat at his desk. A couple hours went by and I heard Taina speak.
Taina: How long have I been out?
I looked up and hugged her so tight I could practically feel her organs coming out. I still didn't speak.
Doc: This is the fourth day. Ghost hasn't moved from his chair except to punch a hole in the wall. He hasn't talked either.
Taina: All I saw was darkness, but I could hear everything around me.
I hugged Taina again and she tried to raise her arms to return, but couldn't.
Doc: You're going to be in here for a few more days. Shrapnel pelted your entire body. You should regain strength soon.
Taina: Ok.
I placed my hand on Larva's scanner.
Ghost: Larva, scan hand.
Larva: Hello Ghost.
Ghost: Disengage locks.
Larva: Locks disengaged.
I took Larva off to reveal my face red and covered with tears.
Taina: Y/N, come here.
I hugged Taina and finally spoke for the first time in 72 hours.
Y/N: I love you, Taina.
Taina: I love you too.
Y/N: I thought I was going to lose you.
Taina: I love you so much. I'm ok.
Y/N: I know. I'm still not leaving.
Taina: Good.
Doc: You'll be stuck in here for a few days.
Taina nodded and I sat back down.
Spectre POV
I was in Eliza's dorm with her leaning on me.
Eliza: You're too nice.
Spectre: Am not.
Eliza: Yes you are.
Spectre: Explain.
Eliza: If I fall asleep on you, you just don't move.
Spectre: That's because pillows don't move.
Eliza: You just proved my point.
Spectre: Shut up.
Eliza: I don't think I will.
I smiled and Eliza stood up.
Eliza: I'll be right back.
Eliza walked into the bathroom and I started thinking about her. After what seemed like an eternity of just thinking I felt Eliza touching my shoulder.
Eliza: Earth to Spectre.
Spectre: Huh?
Eliza: You were extremely zoned out.
Spectre: Mhm.
Eliza smiled and leaned back on me. My phone vibrated and I saw a text from Revenant.
Revenant: Cub and Dokkaebi are a thing now.
I replied with the ok emoji and set my phone down.
Spectre: Cub is with Dokkaebi.
