I had a class in morning but I woke up late so I took my time and got ready. I wore a black dress and drove to the university.

Harvey and Caleb were probably still in class so I decided to get myself some candy and sit outside, maybe check my Instagram until their class got over

Harvey and Caleb were probably still in class so I decided to get myself some candy and sit outside, maybe check my Instagram until their class got over.

As soon as I went outside with the candy, I saw the both of them sitting there on a bench. Harvey's hand was on Caleb's shoulder as he was telling something to him.

Caleb was looking around

Caleb was looking around. Once he saw me, he smiled and waved at me. When Harvey noticed me, he stood up and took my hand and made me sit down where he was sitting earlier and sat down beside me himself.

"We were waiting for your class to get over." Harvey informs me.

"I got up a little late so I just skipped." I say and Caleb rolls his eyes.

"That's not good." Caleb says.

"Then you both aren't good either." I say.

"Never said we were." Harvey says.

We went over to a cafe to eat first in the afternoon and now we were at this club.

"So we're here for two reasons. One, for fun. Two, the guy who has Caleb's phone will meet us outside later." Harvey said.

"He will?" Caleb asks looking a lost.

"Yeah, don't worry."

We had some shots and danced for a little while. When we were tired, we sat down.

Harvey's phone started ringing, he answered and said 'okay we'll be right there.'

"Clary, that guy is here. Caleb and I are gonna be back in five minutes." Harvey says to me.

"Oh okay." I reply.

Harvey drags Caleb outside with him. I turn around and order another drink for myself.

Someone comes and sits down next to me.

"Hey, that seat is..." I stopped mid sentence when I saw it was Ethan.

"Are you like following me now?" I say.

"I'm not." He says politely.

"So you mean to say that you just happened to come to this club out of all places, coincidentally?"

"I did, yeah. This is the closest club to my hotel."

"Fine, I'll leave." I say and get up.

"No, I'm sorry. Just sit down." He says.

I looked at him for a second but sat back down. I couldn't have left without Harvey and Caleb anyway.

"Clary, I'm sorry for everything that I did but can we please move past that? I still love you. You're the only reason I even came back here." He says.

"Everything that you did? Like sleep with another girl while we were dating. No Ethan, we can not move past. Ever. If you love me, why didn't you think about it back then?"

"I'm sorry. I was not in my senses. We had fought that night, I drank a lot more than I should've and then you know. But I swear..."

"I don't want to hear it, Ethan."

"I'm sorry, I fucked up. Please, give me one last chance. I need you."

"Don't do this Ethan. I'm not changing my mind."

Harvey said he'll be back in five minutes, it's been like twenty.

"Clary, I've been a mess since you left. If I could, I'd do anything to take that night back."

"But you can't." I say and that shuts him up.

"I'm not gonna give up this easily, you know that right? Anyway, bye. For now." He speaks up after some time.

"You should." I say. Ethan just turned around and left.

Seeing him here, brings back all the good time I spent with him and all the memories we had. It also brings back the hurt that I felt when I got to know that he cheated.

Harvey and Caleb were still not back and after everything with Ethan, I was annoyed and sad so I had two-three more shots.

"Slow down there, Clary." I heard Harvey coming and sitting down next to me.

"If your five minutes are up, I wanna leave."

"I'm sorry, we just got stuck up..." Caleb starts but I cut him off.

"I don't care, I'm really tired, let's just leave now." I got up and walked out.

After the guys dropped me back home, I avoided texting both of them because they practically left me alone in that club for half an hour. And I had to talk to Ethan because they took me to that particular club.
