Prologue

* FLASHBACK *

March 16, 1993

Two kids were playing in the park happily. They meet there every afternoon. They were the best of friends. No one, not even their parents can break them apart. They were inseparable. Until one day....

"Why are you leaving me?" the little boy asked. He was almost in tears.
"I'm not leaving you. My family will just have a vacation and I will come back for you. Promise!" the little girl said.
"Pinky promise?"
"Pinky promise."

After that they both went their separate ways.

Later that night, the parent's of the little girl were arguing about the said trip.

"But the assassins know----" Eliana Jane Reyes, her mother was cut off.

"No one can touch her there because it's not one of their territories. And besides her sister is there. She'll be alright." Marcus Anthony Reyes, her father said as he sat down on the chair in the dining table.

"But---"

"No buts Eliana! We have to do it or else we'll lose her!" her father shouted" Pack all of our things because we will depart before the break of dawn."

Eliana couldn't do anything but follow.

"Bel? Bel wake up. We have to go." She whispered.

Bel woke up and faced her mom with sleepy eyes.

"Where will we go, Mom?" Bel asked. Then her eyes brightened. " Are we going to grandma's house already?

Eliana looked at her little girl all giddy. She thought that this could be the last time that she would wake her up. That thought made her teary-eyed.

"Are you okay, mom?"

" Yes, I'm fine. Just hurry up because your father is waiting at the car."

Bel quickly got out of her bed and went straight to the bathroom.

"Mom! I need help in putting on my dress!" Bel shouted.

Eliana chuckled. "Alright. I'm coming."

Unknown to the little girl, both of her parents were the most strongest and the most dangerous gangsters. When Eliana found out that she was pregnant, she decided together with her husband, Marcus, to quit. A lot of gamgsters were against it. But the decision was final. After that incident, the coalition was destroyed. Some of the gangsters were caught and a lot formed a coalition aiming to destroy the two gangsters. That's why their lives were in danger.

As they were nearing the house of her grandma, two black SUVs were following them. Marcus drove faster but the SUVs drove faster too. When Eliana looked at her side mirror, she saw men holding guns.

"Marcus!! Drive fast!!" she shouted. Marcus noticed it and drove very fast.

The little girl woke up from her sleep and faced her parents curiously. "What's happening, Mom and Dad?"

"Noth-"

Bang! Bang!

"Aaah! Mommy!" Ysabel shouted. She was starting to cry.
"Stop crying baby." Eliana faced her child and cupped her face. "Listen to mommy, okay." Ysabel nodded. "You have to get out of the car if I tell you to do so, okay? I promise, we will still see each other. And I promise, we will still go to Disneyland." Eliana started crying. It is really hard to let go of someone you love.

Bang! Bang!

"Aahh!!" Ysabel shouted again. She was scared. She never experienced this before. Marcus looked at Eliana and told her to let Ysabel go when he stops the car.

They went to the shortcut and drove there. There they stopped the car and let Ysabel go down.

"We love you baby so much! Don't forget that. We always have and we will always will!" Eliana kissed her daughter's forehead and let her go.

Ysabel ran into the bushes and stopped to catch her breath. She heard a lot of yelling so she peeked from the bushes and was shocked in horror when she saw her parent's face full of blood. A bald man approached her father.

The bald man smirked. "Finally! After how many years! I have finally caught you!"

He looked at the two and his head creased. "Where's the little girl?"

"You won't get her, you arsehole!" Eliana shouted angrily.

The bald man just laughed. "I will get her. Rudrico!" he called out. "Find her!"

"Yes sir!"

"And as for you two," he got a gun from his jacket"I'll probably kill you."

"What have we done to you?!" Marcus asked mercilessly.

"You have done nothing. I'm just tired of following your stupid orders. So I took the chance to kill both of you when you left the organization. And here we are. The so-called assassins." The bald man smiled and laughed wickedly. "My hands are getting itchy. Who will be the first one to be shot by these precious bullet?"

"Kill yourself, asshole!" Eliana shouted. She and Marcus were already very tired from being punched.

The bald man approached Eliana."Very sarcastic, Eliana. Very sarcastic indeed." And he put the gun straight on Eliana's head.

"No! Eliana! Don't kill her! Kill me instead!" Marcus pleaded. He was already crying.

"Awww. How heroic! I wish the little could see this heroic scene." The bald man smirked and pulled the trigger.

"No!!"
"Mommy! Daddy!"
"Marcus!"

The one that was shot was Marcus Anthony Reyes.

Eliana was able to free herself from the tight ropes and ran directly to her husband.

"Marcus! No! Don't leave me! No!" Eliana cried and cried. Marcus held her wife's crying face.

"I won't leave you. Remember....I will always...be by you and...Bel's side no matter what. I...love...you!" Marcus whispered. Eliana cried even more when Marcus's hand felt heavier on hers.

"No! Daddy!" Bel cried silently in the bushes.

"So pathetic!" the bald man spoke afterwards.

Eliana got up angrily and faced The bald man with clenched fists.

"You are gonna pay for what you've done!" Eliana said calmly hut her dark aura spread on the area. She ran to the bald man and punched his guts which made him fell down. She kicked his face. She turned her back from him and started walking. She did he wrong thing! She didn't notice that the bald man already stood up and got the gun.

"Game over." he said. Eliana looked at him and shock was spread all over her face. He pulled the trigger and......she fell down.

"No!!Mommy!" Bel shouted silently.

The bald man looked at the two lifeless bodies and walked away. Meanwhile, Bel got out from the bushes and ran to her parents.

"Mommy! Daddy!" she cried. I will take revenge to the people who did these to the both of you. I promise. she thought.

A van drove into that direction an saw her. It was her grandma. After a few minutes, they left leaving all the sad memories behind.

And this is how my story begins. This is now who I am. I am heartless. I give no mercy. I can be your worst nightmare. I am the devil's daughter. I am a GANGSTER! And now it's time for.......REVENGE!
