Well I got the call.
And I guess I got in

And school starts in 2 days, I was busy buying the books, and apologizing to my posted school that I got into the better school.

But here's the thing.

I've been thinking.
And I realized. Since I got in, I knew that the competition in that school is really tough, one mark would seem like a big difference to everyone there.

And I am most likely taking up Swimming or Softball for my CCA. Which both are from 2.30pm-6pm every Tuesday and Thursday.

The homework load is gonna be tough. It's a lot, like for homework is about 3-4h per day (including assessment). I have tuition....Math hates me.

School hours are from 7.20am- 2pm every weekday. I have CCAs and I still have Taekwondo on Fridays.

Basically I am gonna sell my soul to my education for the next 4 years.

But I asked for it. I got the chance to get in. And I'm not gonna give it up.

And I need to keep straight As to stay in that school or they'll cut you out.

The subjects are x3 more than before. The CCAs are longer.
The studies are more difficult.

And I really wanna stay in that school.
Future more I still want to get into their JC, which means getting all A1s for everything, taking up a leadership position and taking a higher Mother Tongue Course (which mine is Mandarin)

That is the only way to get into my desired JC (Raffles Institution JC).

BTW, that school only takes in the top 3% of students in the nation😁😁😩😩

I'm really sorry, but I have to put this story on hold. Once I start school, I'm busy from 5am- about 11pm (all the subjects, CCAs and homework)

But I'm promising you guys that I'll update when I'm free and DEFINITELY during the holidays.

But... I know I like to put cliffhangers and whatnot which is a totally pain in the ass.

So if you think that I should just cancel the story, I will. Just comment whether you want me to cancel it or not.

I'm really sorry, I just realize that once school starts, I won't have time for this. And if I'n gonna write a story, Imma gonna do it right.

I don't want to waste your time either.

So just tell me, what do you want me to do.

If you don't know, Singapore is a stressful society and your always pitted against your peers to be the best. We are very academically focused.

This is not any excuse, I really want to write, but I really can't. Although I enjoy writing and It warms my heart when u guys vote for each chapter and sometimes comment. Honestly it brings me such joy, but. All good things must come to an end, and so must this.

I ❤️ you guys, you are all sweet and dedicated to this story, i hope we can really be Wattpad friends, I'm an only child, my parents are almost never home, so it would be nice to have friends to talk to. (None of my friends are going to the same secondary school as me, I'm all alone🙀🙀)

I can update during the holidays, but the updates won't be regular when I'm in school. Haiz....
