Saint couldn't believe his ears.
"You what?!?" He yelled not caring who heard him. The audacity this man had to sit here and listen to him explain about Gulfs situation while had had gone and invaded his privacy was baffling to him.
Mew looked shocked about his reaction. Saint scoffed, he squinted his eyes and leaned forward "You are telling me you went and invaded Gulfs privacy and you want me too help you?!?!" He knew he was being loud but he couldn't control his anger.
"I'm sorry Saint, I know I was wrong, I shouldn't have I-" Saint cut him off putting his hand up.
"There's things in that file not even we know about because Gulf can't bring himself to express it!" his faced flushed " do you hear me? Things the people who have been with him his whole life, DONT FUCKING KNOW!" He took a deep breath trying to calm himself
"I..." Mew didn't even know what he could say.
"How dare you? Who gave you the right?? " Saint stood up and glared at him " Don't you dare go near Gulf and much less divulge any of the information you read about, the only reason I don't tell the Chief it's because Gulf would know someone knows about everything he has been trying to keep hidden" and with that he walked off.
It took Mew a moment but he quickly got up and chased after Saint. Zee who had been watching was making his way to him they met at the exit.
"What happened?" Zee said looking at Mews distraught face.
"I told him I read Gulfs file" he said while pushing through the crowd
"Why the fuck would you do that?" Zee said realizing how bad this was.
"I wanted to be honest"
"Fuck" Zee rushed out first and grabbed a hold of Saint, Saint turned and snatched his arm off, Zee lifted his hands up
"Look here little beauty, I know what my friend did is not the best way to do things, but he just wanted some information about your friend he would never have done that if he knew, I'm the one that stole the file and put it on his desk for him, if you want to be mad at someone be mad at me."
Saint looked at him in disbelief, he glanced at Mew who was now standing behind Zee. He looked like a train had hit him, but Saint didn't care
"You stole the file? Did you read it too?" He narrowed his eyes when he saw Zee look away
"You son of a bitch!" He yelled
"Both of you went way over the line!" He took a step forward "I don't know what is your motive in all of this but I won't let either of you hurt Gulf"
"Saint please" Mew begged, he needed to fix this , there was no way he could get close to Gulf if his friends were against it and he knew it. "I know I was wrong, but I want you to know even though I know about all of what he went through, I still want to try, I just want to see him smile don't you?"
Saint scoffed and turned around to leave, Zee grabbed his arm again and this time when he turned he had tears in his eyes. He shook him off harshly.
"Of course I want to see him happy you fucking prick!!! But that doesn't mean I'm gonna go and find his deepest secrets to get him there!" He yelled
"You should cal-" before Zee could finish Saint was stabbing his finger on his chest
"Don't tell me what I should or should not be doing" he wiped at his tears furiously " you, over here using this situation to get close to me, you think I don't see your little game?" Zee felt like he had been slapped.
Saint chuckled bitterly while wiping his tears
"Why on earth would I even pay attention to someone who is so blatantly okay with invading peoples privacy? Much less someone who calls everyone "little beauty" because he doesn't want to keep track of who he's talking to and changes partners like he changes his clothes" he glared at him "no thank you.."
He backed away from them and took a last look at Mew who looked like his world had fallen apart. It made him wonder if he was doing the right thing. He smashed the thought and got in his car. He drove past the men and saw them get smaller in his rear view mirror.
Zee stood there shook to his core. For this first time in his life he had been put in his place and the scorn he had seen in Saints eyes really bothered him.
"What am I gonna do now" Mew said shakily.
"I don't know man, I don't fucking now" Zee sighed
