Jungkook had slept the previous night without giving a damn about anything happening in the household. For some reason he had been totally exhausted which caused him to skip his dinner, as well.

However, in the morning, he woke up just on time when the first ring of his alarm penetrated through his ears. When he reached the training room, he checked his watch and saw that it was 6:55 am. Five minutes before the time when the training session started and he hadn't expected Taehyung to come before time.

As usual, Jungkook started doing some exercise to warm up his muscles that were tense after a long night sleep. He lost track of time as he started enjoying the work out; there was something about training that had always appealed to him. Maybe it was the fact that training could lessen the pain or increase it to the point that he can feel that he was a human again...

Anyways, when he realized that he had been too lost in the workout, Jungkook quickly checked his watch and was shocked to find out that the time was 7:15 am and Taehyung still hasn't arrived.

To say that Jungkook was angry would be an understatement. He was furious as he couldn't tolerate such lateness because of him being a perfectionist. He hurried towards Taehyung's room and when he reached there, he pounded on the door. There was no reply from the other side of the door. He waited for a few seconds before knocking again. Again, there was no reply. Jungkook's patience level was quickly running out and, instead of beating his knuckles against the door once again, he simply barged inside the room.

But what he saw inside caused him to become perplexed, while he stood there in Taehyung's room awkwardly.

Once again, he had found Taehyung crying but this time the vibe and the aura in the room was completely different. Unlike the previous time, Taehyung wasn't sobbing softly, he was wailing loudly while he sat with his back hunched, looking so miserable and broken. He was still in his night suit which meant that he had been crying for a while.

Maybe his wails weren't hearable because of the sound proof walls of the mansion. But nonetheless, Jungkook stood there looking at his trainee with something close to pity.

After a few minutes, Taehyung felt someone's eyes trained on himself and he slowly looked up to find Jungkook standing near the door, his hands hanging limply at his side with an almost sad expression on his face.

When Taehyung saw him, he started crying loudly. This broke Jungkook from his trance; he quickly shut the door and made his way towards Taehyung's bed. He sat softly near the edge of the bed, keeping a respectable distance between Taehyung and himself.

"Hey," Jungkook said in his most polite tone, "what's wrong?"

"N-nothing," Taehyung replied, hiccuping in between.

"For God's sake, something has happened. You are literally wailing and hiccuping, and you want me to believe that nothing has happened? That everything is totally fine?!" Incredulity was evident on Jungkook's face.

"What should I say then? Tell me! I have never told my problems to anyone, never uttered a single word. I am used to all this, okay? And you are just my trainer who finds me annoying. What are you gonna do? Fight for me?" The dam which held Taehyung's emotions had finally broken, leading him to loudly say these things to Jungkook while he looked at him with bloodshot eyes.

"I won't fight for you because, honestly, there is nothing that touching or special between us. But I can listen to your bottled up feelings while having no intention of judging. Use me as your secret diary and rant about everything and anything. It will help."

Taehyung stared at him as he sat upright. He had been sitting in the same position since he saw Jungkook in his room. It was a sign that he wasn't comfortable enough around Jungkook to show him his weaknesse and his face betrayed no sentiment, as well.

After a few seconds, he came to a conclusion in his mind and he let out a breath that he had been holding unintentionally. Taehyung's shoulders relaxed and went back in their previously hunched position, and tears threatened to come out of his eyes.

"You can cry. Let it all out. No need to be scared. You are in a safe place." Jungkook reassured.

"A-actually, I am crying because of the things that Dad said to me in the early morning when he came in my room." Taehyung was having difficult in getting the words out but he couldn't hold anything back now.

"He said that he wanted to talk to me but when he found out that I was awake and I was watching videos on my mobile, he became infuriated and started shouting at me, scolding me about how useless and pathetic I am. That I never take anything seriously. I always do things my way, without giving a damn about others. It might feel that it isn't that hurtful, but listening to such sentences from a parent really hurts, Jungkook." Taehyung started crying loudly once again, creating a pause in his rant.

During that pause, Jungkook was able to think about the small talk he had with Mr. Kim the day before. When he had said that Taehyung wasn't cooperating with him completely.

As soon as he was reminded of that, Jungkook started feeling incredibly guilty. Had he known that a simple sentence would lead to this, he wouldn't have even thought about it. In fact, he wasn't annoyed by Taehyung at all. He had merely used the "complaint" as an excuse to talk to Taehyung's father.

Before he could blame himself more, Taehyung started speaking again, "My dad might seem like a very gentle person but he is not at all. He is someone who wants everything perfect. He is an extremist in the field of perfectionism and he is always scolding and insulting all of us. And I do have friends but I can't tell them about all of this because dad has to maintain a reputation as a mafia leader.

"He had been teaching and training us so that we can take over his business. Each of us three brothers have been given different jobs; Jin is being trained so that he could know how to handle meetings with important people; and Yoongi is learning how to track people, hack accounts and everything regarding computers. You already know about me...my task is mainly focused on being professional in the physical field."

Jungkook had got more reasons to hate his already loathing enemy. He felt such pity and pain for Taehyung as he could relate to his heart breaking story.

Taehyung continued, "And my mom? She had died. Not in a car accident or anything like that if you are thinking. Her name was Eon Jin and she was a criminal herself. Her death was caused because she had been caught red handed by the police so instead of surrending, she had shot herself in the head as expected of a mafia gangster. But since her death everything changed... everything turned into hell. Our father who was already very aggressive became a demon. Do you understand? He became a demon, Jungkook."

He started crying again and Jungkook looked at him with misery in his eyes. When he couldn't bear such a sorrowful sight which continuously made his heart shake a little, he did something that he himself couldn't believe.

Jungkook grabbed Taehyung by his nape and hugged him. He didn't just hug him but he hid Taehyung's face in his chest and put his other hand on his back, rubbing it soothingly, acting like a barrier which will save the other from all the problems and demons set free in the world.

For a moment, the other also seemed shocked as he stopped crying abruptly but he relaxed, eventually, in Jungkook's strong yet cotton like arms.

Taehyung reminded himself that this was nothing more than an act of reassurance and kindness. That this meant nothing. But then why was his heart beating so fast?

No one knows how long they both sat in the same position, Taehyung crying softly and Jungkook rubbing his back in a soothing pattern, until Taehyung felt asleep. Jungkook left him in his room, after covering him with a blanket and watching him sleep peacefully on his fluffy pillow.

I wanted to show some emotional bonding between Taehyung and Jungkook because emotional and spiritual love matters to me more than physical one.

So here is the long ass chapter where Taehyung shares (spills) all of his secrets because he was so in need of someone who would listen to him without judging him or calling him “weak” or “pathetic".

I had to update this chapter with the previous one but guess what? I forgot smh 🤦🏻✌🏼. Sorry for that.

If you liked the chapter, then please don't forget to vote and comment on my book. Have a great day/night 💖💖
