i walked back inside hearing crying so i ran into the living room and i saw tommy sitting there crying he's eyes out
i just stood there and then i heard a whisper "carter" it came from my dad as he stood up
"i told him everything... he's old enough to handle it" he said
"um okay" i said
as soon as tommy saw me standing there he ran up and hugged me and i hugged him back and we walked into the other room
"Carter" he said wiping his tears "Steffany is going to die!" he said angrily "why isn't she being treated?!" he asked
"Well um I don't know .... but we will find a way to get her better" i said to him calmly
after i hugged him one last time i walked outside again and called ross
"Hello?" i said while tearing up
"hey are you okay" ross questioned
"no we just told tommy and he didn't take it well and we need to get a way to treat steffany and we need to not tell tommy that taylor is the reason an-" i said then ross cut me off
"carter we'll figure something out" ross said to me
"you want me to come get you?" he asked
"please" i said crying out
"Carter? are you okay" my dad said walking outside "No actually ross is coming to get me" i answered
"Oh well okay then i'll tell grams & pop you left and tommy" dad said
"thank you dad" i said walking to the swing in the front yard
i heard the close of the door as i sat down on the cold wooden swing
what am i gonna do?
how is this going to happen?
steffany shouldn't die this early in her life!

we can get mom my real mom she is the birth mother of steffany she has rights
oh my god yes!!
i heard a car pull into the driveway and it was ross
i ran all the way to the car and when he opened the door i hugged him with a huge smile on my face
"hey! why are you so happy?" he asked
"i know" i smiled
"you know what" he said
"how to cure steffany" i smiled big and he looked at me and kissed me
"get in the car" he laughed
i got into the car and there was this thingy on the seat i bent down and asked "what is this?"
"a back massager" he said with a smile "i got it for you because you said your back was bad today" he smiled again
"oh my god ross!" i said then i took off my brace and sat down & turned it on
"i have one of these at home and i was mad I didn't bring it! thank you ross" i said leaning over and i kissed him
"now tell me your way of getting steffany cured" he smiled
"my mom" i said
"huh?" he questioned
"my mom is steffany's birth mother she has the rights" i said
"oh my goodness you're right! looks like we gotta find your mom" he smiled
"and how are we going to do that?" i said with a sigh
"look her up find her and tell her our situation" he told me
"but she left us what if she doesn't even care" i said realizing problems
"carter we'll get her don't worry" he said putting his hand on my hand that laid on my thigh
"thank you" i half smiled
