I stare at the door of the dinning room for a minute before deciding to skip breakfast, I take a walk around the camp trying to get in tune with my environment. After a while of walking, I make my way to class, I currently have human traning, Axe told us to run to a tree and that once we reached the tree we would know.
Talks and murmurs of protests were heard but eventually after a while of complaining.
They all calmed down and Axe explained himself, he didn't exactly explained, just told us that we would see a sign and that we would be blind or extremely dumb to not know it, earning some growls from the alphas.I was a bit surprised he didn't flinch, it probably must have something to do with him being the past alpha of the Poder pack, once the growls eventually stopped, He cleared his throat and continued speaking.
"Once you have reach there, return immediately so our lesson for today can begin." He announced before pointing out a path for us to follow.
I started off jogging the path was mostly straight and had only few bends and turns, I continue running not using all my strength so as not to exhaust my self before heading back.
Once I reach the finish line I saw why Axe told us we would know it when we see it, two trees stood perpendicular to each other and a banner was tied to them, the bottom was decorated with black and white paint.
I noticed the witches border not too far ahead, I turn and was already about to start running when I heard the sound of running paws from my right.
I briefly wonder who was running, they had completely left the track and we also weren't suppose to run in wolf form but decided it wasn't my business and decided to head back, I see Cameron jogging towards my direction probably to reach the finish line, an angry growl was suddenly heard making me stop on my tracks.
A familiar and an unfamiliar scent reached my nose, I quickly climbed a tree to see what's going on, from a distance I see figures but couldn't quite make them out, they head nearer and the scents become much stronger, the unfamiliar scent was that of a rogue, even though hardly being in Mijeria I still recognized the smell of a rogue, the smell the wolf emitted was pungent and offensive.
The rogue's coat was brown and was smaller than both of the wolves chasing it, one of the wolves that chased it had a black coat and was quite huge, the wolf was even bigger than me when in wolf form, I recognize the black wolf as Mikhail because of the strong aura emitting from him and the other was a blonde wolf which I concluded was Mackenzie, she had a gray wolf and was noticeably smaller than Mikhail.
The brown wolf seemed to have crossed the witches border, I briefly wonder how from what I heard it was impenetrable, my hands immediately went to the holster on my thigh, a few inches below my waist where my silver knife was always kept, I unwrapped it from the leather.
I aimed it the brown wolf which was at the lead, I notice Mikhail could easily catch up with the rogue but seemed to be holding back, I aim at the leg steadying myself on the branch as the wolf passes the tree I currently sat on, I threw the knife making sure it hit the target.
I quickly climb down the tree and ran to the brown wolf, the silver had caused the brown wolf to shift back to human form, and the wolf had shifted into a woman, I looked at the woman her curly brown hair was in a messy bun and she looked quite unkempt, I couldn't see the colour of her eyes since she stared at the ground.
