Confidence comes from discipline and training.

I was currently sat on a log waiting for Alexia to arrive. Alexia had personally asked for us to go to a private area to train for  unknown reasons.

I sat quietly waiting for her to show up, we had both agreed on 4 o'clock  and we would finish before 7, since at exactly 7 on the dot was dinner time.

I contemplate going back to the house since she hadn't arrived yet, before I had left the house it was already 5 minutes to 4, and I felt like I have stayed here for more than an hour.

I decide to take my leave, my back was already hurting  from sitting in such an awkward position. I was very close to the house when I heard footsteps and immediately tensed up before sniffing the air and breathing in the scent, i relaxed slightly before frowning when I realised who was coming.

Just then, Alexia appeared in view she was   running, she almost ran past me before stopping a little bit ahead if me, she immediately walked a few steps and turned to face me.

"You are late!!!" I tell her not bothering to hide the massive frown on my face.

"I..i.. am sorry I..I .. fell ...asleep." she tells me not looking at me rather down at the floor.

When I heard her excuse, I got even more pissed.

"You fell asleep, are you hearing yourself? you are the one that wanted this, not me and now you are the one that's not even  serious." I tell her extremely annoyed she was sleeping while I sat down under the hot sun waiting for her.

"I waited for a while for you, time that I could use to be able to do other more important things." I scolded her.

"I .. i am sorry" she said sounding as if she wanted to cry. I take in a deep breath, trying to calm myself down so as not to yell at her any further.

"Okay, let's head over to our training spot." I tell her simply.

We walked silently, once we arrived at the secluded spot I finally spoke "We don't have much time so I just want you to tell me the classes that are difficult for you."

"Archery"

"The concept or practical aspect?" I asked her.

"The practical, I always miss the targets." She said.

"Any other ones?" I asked.

"Yes, guns, I also can't shoot  very well." She tells me.

"Human training also."

"Um, ok any other ones"

"Yes, swords/dagger training"

"Alright, any others."

"um .. also history"

"That's basically all your classes." I tell her with a sigh, running my hand through my hair.

She nods blushing, her eyes not meeting mine rather she keeps her gaze on her hands.

"So which one do you feel you are worse in all of them?" I ask her.

"Human training and Archery." She tells me.

"Pick one." I tell her with a sigh.

"Um..Human training.". She tells me still avoiding my gaze.

"Why don't you look at me." I ask her curiously.

"Nothing."

"As from now on you look at me, if your in a fight you have to look at your opponents to guess their moves." I tell her.

We sat down and I tried explaining some of the things, she was having difficulties with to her. We talked for a while mostly me though since she was still quite shy and didn't talk much though.

I informed her that next time we would come here I would bring some weapons for us to  practice with, but for now I showed her how to use knives in fighting.

I showed her some skills with my personal dagger and she shyly complemented the dagger, she told me that she liked the engravings on it.

After a while her alarm rang and she informed me that it was already 6:30pm.
I had told her to set the alarm at that particular time, so we would have a few minutes to freshen up before we head down for dinner.

We sorted out our schedule of meeting for the future weeks and decided for it to be thrice a week so as not to cause too much suspicions since she wanted to be secretive of the training.

I noticed that why we trained and had talked about things that had to do with why she started training, she brushed them off and made sure not to talk about the reason she wanted to start training.

I contemplated telling her that I already knew why she suddenly wanted to get stronger and decided to start getting some training but decided not to.

We eventually headed back to the camp, I told her to go ahead first and just sat down on the spot she left me in for a while. Once I figured it won't be suspicious if I head back to the camp.

I stood up from the log and slowly made my way towards the camp not really in a hurry. Once I arrived at the dinning hall, I see the rest Alpha's already eating. Some of them glance at me, and continue their conversation or return back to eating, only some few still kept their gazes lingering

~~

Hey guys, I just recently found out that I write faster when I am playing music while writing, so expect quicker updates.

So I know that this chapter was kind of  boring but it's basically just a filler.

I just want y'all to see how the training started with Alexia, because trust me she ain't going anywhere for a while.

Don't forget to tell me what you think about this chapter.

Xoxo😘

Peace out✌️
