Chapter 7- Apologizing and finding a job

All of us were walking through the Forest of Forever Fall admiring the beautiful red trees as the leaves fall down covering the ground with red. The trees remind me of the cherry blossoms in Japan, sometimes the petals would fall and cover the ground. I look at Yang smiling as she looks at the red trees. Speaking of Yang I haven't said sorry to her yet because I wanted to talk to her alone.

" Yes students, the Forest of Forever Fall is indeed beautiful," Glynda said knowing exactly what we all were thinking. She walking in front of us while having her hands behind her back with Disciplinarian in hand.

" We are not here to sightsee. Professor Peach asked all of you to collect samples from the trees deep inside this forest," She then came to a halt and turned around.

" Each of you is to grab one jar's worth of red sap. However, this forest is full of the creatures of Grimm, so be sure to stay by your teammates. We will rendezvous back here at four o'clock. Have fun!" Glynda told us.

everyone started walking in different directions. I followed the group.

Time-Skip

I was bracing against a tree relaxing after filling my jar with red sap. Then I heard a roar in the distance. I stopped bracing the tree and looked in the direction of the roar knowing that it was an Ursa. Then I see three of Cardin's teammates running with scared looks on their faces.

" Ursa! Ursa!," Russel said while bumping into Yang.

" What? Where?" Yang said raising up Russel by the collar of his shirt.

" Back there! it's got Cardin!" Russel said.

" Jaune!" Pyrrha exclaimed while dropping her jar.

" Yang! You, Blake and Rose, go get Professor Goodwitch." Ruby Commanded.

We all ran in the direction where Glynda would be.

Time-Skip

After the whole Ursa fiasco, all of us were safe. I'm now walking through the streets of Vale to find Junior's bar hoping that he would let me work there. I haven't apologized to Yang yet, when I get back I'll apologize. After walking turning a corner and walking straight, Junior's club came into full view here were lights, music, and people dancing or drinking. Then I spotted Junior. I walked down the steps and made my way towards Junior. His back was facing me. So tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around confused and looked at me.

" You're Junior right?" I asked.

" Yes, I am what do you need?" Junior said confirming my question.

" Please can I work here?" I asked hoping that he would say yes.

" Okay, how old are you, what is your name, and do you know how to fight," Junior asked.

" I'm 17, my name is Rose Moon and yes, I can fight," I said answering every question.

" Well, you will be my bodyguard. Blondie beat the Malachite twins and trashed the club one time. I don't want that to happen again," Junior informed.

" Do I have to wear a uniform or something," I asked.

" No, just something formal and something you can move around in, in case you have to fight anyone while you work here. Also, at night the club is opened. So come at night," Junior said.

" Thank you, Junior. Have a nice night," I wished him. I turned around not waiting for his response, ran up the stairs, and walked outside.

I closed the doors and ran back to Beacon, hoping that the gates are not closed. So that I can slip back in before everyone realize that I was gone.

Time-Skip

I looked around the corner and spotted the dorm. I dashed to the door, quietly opened the door, and went inside trying to block the light. I closed the door quietly, went into the bathroom to take a bath, and change into my robe. Then I climbed on my bed and looked at Yang. With a deep breath, I shook Yang and waited for her to wake up. She turned to look at me with half-lidded eyes and smiled.

" Hey," Yang said groggily. 

" Yang, I'm sorry about my behavior yesterday. I was rude, overreacting, and-" I was interrupted by Yang putting her arm around my waist, pulled me into her bed, and hugged me.

I was shocked, but then I hugged her back. She then let go and smiled at me.

" You don't have to apologize, I forgive you," Yang said sleepily before she closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

I climbed back onto my bed and went to sleep. Feeling relief and happiness, two things I haven't felt in a long time.
