_________Severus's POV
"They've manifested Albus, something needs to be done before the dark lord discovers her power."
I paced up and down the room nervously.
"Severus please, sit."
Albus said in a calming tone as he gestured towards the chair in front of him.
"He is planning to seek her out. Her power could do a great deal, in his hands we could all be destroyed Albus." I stopped for a moment, collecting my thoughts.
"We will deal with this as soon as possible Severus. After all she has been through, she needs rest."
'Yeah, and I think I need a drink'
______Meanwhile~ Y/N's POV
"Holy Shit." I sat on the edge of my bed. Holding my hands in front of me, I couldn't stop thinking of what had just occurred.
'Fire..Hands..Fire on my hands..'
What the hell? I'm going insane right? I'm delusional.. defiantly. I just need... Sleep! Right uh..
I pulled the covers to my bed down, slowly slipping into them. With what happened with Blaise and the
Fire incident, I couldn't focus on sleep. It was absolutely impossible to focus on anything at this moment.
All I could think about was.. stupid bloody Fire.
Why? Why must this happen to me? I don't get it.

"Y-you alright Y/N?" Makenna asked as I took a seat at the Slytherin table. I was absolutely exhausted after last night. Mentally and emotionally, I wasn't ok at all what so ever. What do I say to that?
' beside the fact that I look like total shit, my boyfriend cheated on me, and I had FIRE erupt from my hands last night.. I'm perfectly fine'
"Yeah, just didn't get a whole lot of sleep last night."
God I'm an asshole.
"I'm really sorry Y/N, I tried to find you last night but.. I felt like you needed space so." I tried to smile but, I was to tired. I think at some point, when you get hurt to much, you can't feel anything.
"What would I do without you?"
She smiled.
"Miss L/N, your needed in headmasters office right away." Filtch said as he stood behind me.
'Oh, ok...?'
As I made my way up the stairs to Dumbledores office, I started to get nervous. Did I do something? Am I in trouble? No, it's probably nothing.. hopefully.
The door flew open to reveal a very cheerful Dumbledore, (as always) and a very brooding Professor Snape.
"Ah, Y/N. Please sit down. Lemon drop?" He smiled as he sat down.
"No thank you sir. May I ask, w-why am I here?"
A nervous feeling built up inside. Ok, why does everything just keep getting weirder?
" Well, It has come to our attention that something occurred last night. Powers i assume?"
Professor Snapes loud footsteps echoed behind me as he was pacing back and forth. Uh, how.. what?
"Tell me Y/N. Your parents. You know of their power?"
"Y-Yes sir" I nodded.
I mean, I knew very little. My parents died a couple years back. I knew about some sort of special power but, I never would've thought i would be the one to have them.
"Then you know how powerful they can be. Very powerful, and dangerous."
At this point I was so confused. Did my power really hold that much strength?
Snape had stopped pacing, making the room silent.
"Your powers are just manifesting. What you have seen so far, is nothing compared to what you can do with your power. It's very important you are kept safe Y/N." Dumbledore explained as he glanced over my shoulder.
"The Dark lord has set out to find you. With your power in the hands of the Dark Lord, he could destroy us all."
What.
"I-I'm sorry but, did you just say.. The Dark lord? He is out, for me? ." I couldn't believe it.. he is back.
"Please miss L/N, do be careful. With you on our side, we could win this war."
Dumbledore looked at me with a twinkle of hope lingering in his eyes.
"Professor Snape here, will be making sure your safe. You'll be given a new schedule, placing you with extra time to work on your powers with him."
I'm sorry but, What?! Wait.. WHAT?
How could my life go from totally normal, to me being a crucial part of the war? I'm so
Confused it's not even funny.
"Severus, will you escort her out please."
Dumbledore said, waving his hand in the air.
Taking in a deep breath of air I stood up, slowly comprehending what just happened.
"Thank you sir."
I turned, walking out the door as Professor Snape followed behind.
