Chapter 11: Lord Robotnik

(Silver's POV)

I woke up to find myself in a dark, secluded room, with a dull light swaying back and forth above me. I hear footsteps coming towards me, and I hear a voice. "Hello Silver. I hope you are uncomfortable." A man stepped into the light. He was wearing a black suit and had goggles that rested above his brown moustache. 

I glare at him and say, "You will never get away with this!"

"Who's going to save you? You're friends?" he said with a laugh as he pressed a button. All of the lights turned on around me. I looked around, and to my horror, I could see all my friends around me, tied up and with gags in their mouths.

"Who are you?" I said as he walked closer to me.

"Cower in fear little hedgehog, for I am the great Lord Robotnik!" He pressed a button on his belt and one of the people in dark suits came over, pushing what looked to be a table of surgical supplies. Robotnik looked at the instruments and removed a scalpel from the table. Then he looked at me with a smirk and says, "Let's have some fun, shall we?"

(Cosmic's POV)

I woke up to the sound of my phone buzzing. I picked it up and looked to see who was calling me at 7:51. It was Shadow. I answered it. "Hello?"

Cosmic! You need to get your ass down here A.S.A.P.!"

"Okay! But you don't need to be such a dick about it!" I hung up the phone and started getting some jeans and a T-shirt on. I walked down the stairs and up to the door and then put my black trenchcoat on. Then checking to see if all my weapons were in place, I headed out the door and left.

As I opened the twin doors, I flashed the security guy my G.U.N. license. Then, I walked past the security desk and over to three black and red hedgehogs. "Hi Pandora." I said to the littlest one, a girl in junior high. Hi Shades. Hi Shadow." I said to the other two, who were twins, but unlike me and Silver, they were identical. I looked at Shadow expectantly, waiting for him to tell us our mission. After what felt like a half an hour of waiting, he finally spoke.

"I suppose you all have heard about the kidnappings that have been going on." I nodded my head. "Well, last night they captured another person. Fortunately, our undercover agent was able to put a tracker on one of them." He showed us some footage of a white hedgehog, then getting captured by two men in black. For some odd reason, that white hedgehog looked like Silver... "Some G.U.N. agents are already heading over there but I know we can get there faster." said Shadow with a smirk.
