Moving into a house is harder than it looks. You actually have to find furniture and decorations and shit like that so I roped the Old Ladies in to help me and they are very much enjoying spending my money on all sorts of stuff.

We've been shopping for around five hours now. Marielle, Lexie and Saviour easily bickering over what would fit better in the space and I've left them to it really. All I had to do was say the overall vibe that I wanted and what colours I liked before they were all spiralling with ideas, each of them overlapping each other while I stand around looking unamused.

I'm the only guy that has been subjected to this shit. Protective measures have reduced as we've had over three months since we faced our last problem and there hasn't been any hints for any beef at the moment so none of the others were dragged in to help. The mall is packed as well, so many people creeping around and acting uninterested in us but when our backs are turned all they can do is stare.

No one has had the guts to come up to us which is quite amusing and I'm grateful for the lack of annoyances. However, we have been in this store for an hour and so many different sales people keep coming over to see how we're getting on and every time the girls can't give them an answer on what we want to buy. At this point I'm willing to buy everything as long as I can get home before the sun rises tomorrow.

"Guys, can we please be done now? I'm so bored." I groan and kick off the wall I've been leaning on for the last twenty minutes.

"Yes, we've decided on all the furniture and the paint colours. We figured that we should get professionals in to paint and lay the new carpets and fit the kitchen and completely revamp those bathrooms from the sixties." Lexie declares and hurries off to tell all of our choices to the closest staff member.

Mari calls the painters and they say that they just had a cancellation and can be in there tonight to prime and can paint tomorrow so I relax slightly. I'm hoping to be in that house by the end of the month and I can't be fucked to mess around at this point, I want a place to call my own so that I can show my sister that I'm not some fuck-up and that she can trust me.

"Thank the fucking Lord!" I cheer, turning on my heel and heading out of the store hoping all three of them are following along behind me. I don't want them getting distracted by one more thing and start planning all over again, this has happened three times so far.

"Let's head back to the clubhouse before our husbands come searching." Saviour decides and we follow her out. The girls get in the car while I straddle my bike and slip my gloves and sunglasses on.

"Nice bike." I turn to a professional looking guy in a full suit, including the waistcoat. It looks designer to me and the cufflinks probably cost the same amount as the bike I'm currently sat on. His hair is well styled and his face is chiselled with a straight nose, sharp jaw and deep set blue eyes.

El es hermoso... (he is gorgeous)

"Si, she is."

"Davidson Dyna, right?" I raise my eyebrows in surprise, this guy knows bikes? Colour me impressed. "Don't look so surprised, even us office types know a good bike when we see them."

"You are the first." I smile at him

"I think I'm the first to tell you, not the first one to notice. I'm Grey." He puts his hand out to shake and I accept the gesture, thankful that I can't feel his skin because I doubt I could keep it together.

"Runner." I jump when Saviour beeps the horn and roll my eyes at her impatience. Always gotta ruin the moment, even worse she fucking rolls down the window and looks at Grey with her sly smile.

"There's a party at the clubhouse tonight if you wanna come, mate." She smirks at my glare before the fucker starts the car and reverses out of the space and disappears around the corner.

Oh, I'm so gonna beat her ass for that as soon as she can get back in the ring.

"Sorry about her, she likes to think she knows everything."

"You alright if I come tonight?"

Oh, you certainly can come tonight. Runner, shut the fuck up!

"Yeah, sure, that's fine. I should probably go, uh, adiós." (bye) I smile awkwardly and start the bike, speeding off after my best friend who has completely betrayed me. I've been so caught up with Mika that I forgot how to even function around another man, especially attractive ones that seem attracted to me.

Where has all the latino charm gone?

As soon as I reach the clubhouse, I find Saviour right by the door, waiting for me. "How'd it go?" She asks with a shit-eating grin on her face as I glare down at her with my hands on my hips.

"It went extremely awkwardly, thank you for that."

"What are best friends for?" I can't react quickly enough before she's got me in a headlock and rubbing her knuckles on my skull. Finally, after properly fucking up my hair, she releases me and I groan at the mess she's made. "You better go fix that, you got a date later!" She hollers and viciously shoves me in the vague direction of my room before taking off into the lounge looking mighty pleased with herself.

I just shake my head with a chuckle as I head back to my room to continue packing up my shit. At least I'll be able to keep this room even after I move into the house so I can keep a few things here in case of an emergency, every member - even prospects- gets a room to stay in so that if lockdown happens we're not fighting over territory within the compound.

We've got another two hours until the party starts so I just lay down on my bed and fuck around on my phone for an hour before I start getting ready.

Time to have a little fun.
